We use JointJS+ in very different ways. JointJS+ does not only provide extensive tools and a robust API for "simple" diagram views, but also for tools like SVG-based drawing tools and complex node-relating tools.

JointJS+ offers many options for customizing basic and more complex aspects of the tools we develop. Additionally it provides many components that makes the usability of interacting with the created diagrams and tools better.

The Event- and Function based API is very easy to use as a developer. We especially appreciate the large number of useful events emitted by the API, which makes it very easy to react to user input.

Although the documentation is extensive, the overall style of the documentation is a bit hard to get used to. Also some more specific or "deep going" functionalities are not documented so well.
