I find Join It easy to use, which was a relief since changing systems last year with over 700 members was daunting. It's definitely an improvement over our previous system. The platform is not only quicker but also provides us with more information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Join It? Initially, getting used to the system was a bit challenging. We had some problems configuring the system for members who pay by standing order, as it prefers card payments. Although we prefer card payments too, stopping standing order payments is difficult without losing members, but the system is coping with this fine. Setting up was super easy....only took a couple of minutes. Their free version actually provides a good amount of functionality. For some of our needs, we had to go to external software providers and Join It does not yet have the ability to integrate with these providers via an API.
