We Love the ability to pull the data from Xero and create customer reports that can be shared with the management team and the shareholders easily. Once the reports have been setup, all we have to do is change the date and we've got the latest monthly report in just a few seconds.

Main issue was the buggy API from Xero, not Joiin's fault, Xero do not maintain their external APIs to accommodate new Xero features elsewhere on the platform - our issue was that we were running short and long accounting periods, this would not work in the mapping to Joiin so we had to take reports out of Joiin and make spreadsheet adjustments. Still, this was more efficient than doing the entire thing in a spreadsheet to start with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool has been essential for my restaurant client with 4 locations that wants to see reports for all four locations in one place. Easy to use, you just get the connection started with all the QB files and you never have to connect anything again. Syncing of information happens really fast too so you know the reports you are running are up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use a large number of Xero entities, which works well for us only because of products like Joiin that help add all of the extra features we need. Joiin's consolidation is super easy to use and quick to generate our reporting templates each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very minor, but we utilise tracking categories in Xero, and in some instances of Joiin reporting it appears that we either have to choose between filtering by tracking category or by another filter (e.g. we can't do both). (But this may just be user error).

If I'm also amending the data by entity in one of my reports, I need to go into each entity to make the change and cannot make a blanket change (e.g. changing all reports to be 36 months instead of 24 months). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whenever there is a new nominal i have to change the report layout. what would be good is for Joiin to suggest there is a new nominal where in the report would you like it to go.

Currently pulling the data from qbo takes 5 minutes minimum to pull through to Joiin would be nice to live data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Joiin is great interface for the Xero accounting system, in particular when you have multiple companies in different currencies. The reports are easy to setup and run, and great for running historical data also. The AI tools are getting much better and starting to become very useful. Also I have not used the customer service very often which speaks volumes about how goo Joiin is, but when I have its been quick to resolve/address my issues. To be honest no real dislikes, I guess if anything the refresh between Joiin and Xero for companies attached can be slow, especially whe they have lots of data, to be expected I guess! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Joiin for 2 years, it’s an excellent way to consolidate and streamline reporting for multiple companies. The report customisation is easy to use, the ability to process adjusting journals is useful and it’s easy to load multiple budgets and forecasts onto Joiin. When my company acquired a competitor manually consolidating the accounts became a nightmare. Joiin made it simple to do this for both the P&L and the balance sheet. It took a bit of time to configure when implementing once that was completed its been brilliant! I had issues with one of my companies taking a long time to refresh, customer service managed to resolve this within 24 hours. The system is used extensively at month end and during audit.
