The firm does not sell, resell or implement software, so the recommendation is the client's alone. A selection program runs 12 to 20 weeks - requirements, the RFP, scripted demonstrations, a scorecard with total cost of ownership, the decision, and the contract and SOW - and can include implementation partner selection and an independent decision check before signing. Client-side program leadership through go-live is available to selection clients. John Hannan has led ERP work since 2002; the firm, founded in 2020, has served more than 100 organizations across the US and Canada.
