What do you like best about Johanson Group?

I used Johanson Group for our SOC 2 Type II audit, and they did an excellent job with a very structured process and were very methodical. I appreciated their meticulous management of timing, the process, the overall timeline, and how they kept us updated. The coordination from their account management to the actual auditors and then the final follow-up on the operational and finance side was very well coordinated and seamless. It's very easy to work with them, and they create a lot of predictability in achieving our desired business outcomes. Working with such a professional organization is something I value highly. If you're looking for a solid partner to work on your security certifications which doesn't overload you with Sales people (and charge you for it), look no further. These are professionals in their field, understand your challenges and don't burden you with any unnecessary overhead. The auditors we worked with were focused, friendly, and professional. We've spoken to many companies in this area before deciding for Johanson Group, and most of them were either not very responsive, way too expensive for the service provided, or didn't provide an impression as professional as Johanson Group. What do you like best about Johanson Group?

I like Johanson Group's experience in the industry as they've been doing this for a long time and know exactly what we need. The communication has been great, and we have a very good portal to manage our data on, which altogether works out best for us. We appreciate everything they offer as part of our audit process. What do you like best about Johanson Group?

I find working with Johanson Group through the Vanta platform very seamless, and they are excellent at communicating what's needed and how we're progressing through the audit process. Their auditing service was great, and it helped us get our first SOC 2 report as a startup organization. This created value for us by establishing trust with business partners and facilitating audits in a way that didn't interrupt our business continuity. I would like to see what else they offer. The engagement is straight forward thanks to the assigned project manager. As with any compliance audit, it is incumbent for the requestor to accurately scope the audit and complete a system description before the audit begins. If this is the first audit, completing the system description can be very time consuming, but it's essential and serves as a foundation for the engagement. Additionally, the system description must accurately detail sub-service organizations, complimentary user controls, and data types. Although Johanson Group can provide guidance, they system description is the responsibility of the requester. Our company is in an industry sector requiring SOC compliance. We needed an auditor that could reliably execute an audit in our agreed upon time frames, flexible enough to adapt to changes, able to integrate with our compliance platform Secureframe, and deliver a report sufficient to fulfill the compliance requirements of our partners and customers.
