Their invoicing system is extremely confusing, and people don't know whether we have paid or not and what we owe. We have to ask multiple people and get multiple answers. I like Johanson Group's experience in the industry as they've been doing this for a long time and know exactly what we need. The communication has been great, and we have a very good portal to manage our data on, which altogether works out best for us. We appreciate everything they offer as part of our audit process.
