JoCall Remote Desktop helps IT support professionals, independent technicians and small MSP teams assist users and reach computers they own or are authorized to support. \*\*Three ways to connect\*\* - \*\*Attended sharing:\*\* request a connection and let the person at the host approve the session and permissions. - \*\*Windows unattended access:\*\* configure a Windows host with an allowed client ID, password and email verification. - \*\*RDP relay:\*\* connect to an existing supported Windows RDP host, then complete Windows account sign-in in the RDP client. \*\*Platforms and permissions\*\* Windows x64 and Apple Silicon Mac downloads are available. The Mac client requires macOS 15 or later; unattended and RDP hosting require Windows. Clipboard and file transfer during shared-desktop sessions depend on permissions.
