What do you like best about Jobylon?

Using Jobylon feels intuitive once you get a hang of it. It scales well to smaller or larger needs and opening positions is effortless for our managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though our developement needs are listened to, I feel like maybe further developement (of smaller changes) could be a bit faster or more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobylon?

I really like the website. Easy to navigate and fast feedback from customer support in the chat. I love that the invitations connect to my calendar. Also, the video format is a really good way to recruit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobylon?

I wish you could schedule several interviews within 1 hour. I usually book together with a colleague, and we would like you to be able to send out two similar time slots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, good ATS system which allows you to organize your candidate workflow. Great account management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobylon?

Difficult to have global visibility across all roles and regions, but good from a regional perspective. Does not partner with Linkedin Recruiter projects so you have to upload all outbound prospects manually. I find the software better for inbound recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobylon?

Jobylon is a very intuitive platform, that allows users to manage job applications in a GDPR-friendly way. As an admin I have a great overview of the recruitment processes we are having in our daughter companies and recruiting managers can manage candidates in a time efficient way. After first year of using Jobylon there is nothing really that I dislike. I think we have a great customer success manager who listens to our needs and answers all questions very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobylon?

Jobylon is without a doubt the best! Partly because it is so user-friendly, it is aesthetic, modern, but also very easy to use. You navigate without problems in the system and the support is always available to help should you encounter any problems. They adapt the system so that it suits each customer individually as everyone has different needs. They are far ahead in the development when it comes to, for example, videoapplications. Jobylon is responsive and quickly understands the customer's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobylon?

Like all companies, there are certainly some you can develop. There were minor bugs that always resolved quickly. But I would say that most things can be solved together with Jobylon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
