When we are 2 people who put score on candidate (stars) it is not easy to handle that. This part should be visible on the first page of all candidates. The PDF Viewer is a bit crappy, I would appreciate a full screen page and to be able to leave notes on certain pages and tag colleagues , like "look at the nice stuff here on page 8, looks like the person has skills in ..." Moreover, before taking a decision, being able to compare the remaining top 2-3 candidates (out of many other I striked out in the step before) directly (table view) and set certain criteria.
