On supported application forms, JobWizard maps a user's saved profile and resume to contact details, work history, education, dropdowns, resume uploads, and other common fields. It can also draft answers to open-ended application questions using the user's real profile context. Users can inspect and edit every field before submitting; JobWizard does not auto-apply or auto-submit applications. Before applying, JobWizard analyzes the current job description and provides structured insights, keyword highlights, and a 0–100 Match Score. The score explains how the user's resume aligns with the role across experience, seniority, education, matched skills, and missing skills. From the same workflow, users can retouch resume content, create a job-specific cover letter, and continue refining their materials in a context-aware career chat. JobWizard also helps users identify potential LinkedIn referrers and keep applications organized in a tracker. Email-based status tracking can classify selected application messages and update the application pipeline without requiring mass access to a user's inbox. The extension supports major ATS platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and Taleo, along with hundreds of company career sites. JobWizard is designed for job seekers, recent graduates, international students, career changers, and professionals who want to apply more efficiently while keeping final decisions and submissions in their own hands.
