**What do you like best about JobWinner?**

What I like best about JobWinner is how quickly it generates highly relevant, ATS-friendly CVs and cover letters tailored to each job description. The ability to simply paste a job description and get a customised output in seconds saves a lot of time compared to manual editing. I also like the skill matching feature, which clearly shows what’s missing and helps improve applications. The dashboard to track application status (interested, applied, rejected) is very useful for staying organised. Overall, it’s a practical and efficient tool for anyone actively applying for jobs.

**What do you dislike about JobWinner?**

One area for improvement would be offering more customization options in certain CV templates, especially for users who want highly unique designs. While the tool is very fast and efficient, sometimes the generated content may need slight manual refinement to better match personal tone or specific industry expectations. Additionally, expanding integrations (for example, direct job portal syncing or LinkedIn auto-apply features) could make the workflow even smoother.

**What problems is JobWinner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobWinner mainly solves the problem of spending too much time on every single job application. Before this, I used to manually edit my CV and write cover letters again and again, which was honestly tiring and inconsistent.

Now, I just paste the job description and it gives me a customised CV and cover letter in seconds. It saves a lot of time and also makes my applications more relevant to the role.

I also like how it shows what skills I’m missing — it helps me understand where I need to improve. Plus, the dashboard makes it easy to keep track of all my applications in one place.

Overall, it has made my job search much faster, easier, and less stressful.

**What do you like best about JobWinner?**

I use JobWinner as a central tool within Climbing Talent so that my students can optimize their CV, LinkedIn, and interview preparation. And the difference in the results is enormous. Since I integrated it into the program, my students come to sessions with much more groundwork done, which allows me to focus on the strategic aspects (positioning, career narrative, negotiation) instead of the more mechanical aspects of the CV. This translates into better-prepared students and interviews that come faster. What I value the most:

The dashboard. A unique view where I can add users, see the actual usage of each student, and identify who needs closer support. Just what I needed to scale the program without losing quality. The initial setup was super fast. In minutes, I had my students inside. Zero friction. Pablo understands the business side because he comes from there. JobWinner is not an app with generic advice taken from the internet; it teaches how to speak the real language of recruiters from large companies.

About the price: for everything it offers, better-prepared students, faster offers, premium experience within the program, the value for money is excellent. It's one of those investments that pay for themselves.

**What do you dislike about JobWinner?**

I have no real criticisms, the tool fulfills what it promises very well. Moreover, I know that new things are coming that they are working on, which will take the tool to another level, such as the AI interview simulation part, and precisely interview preparation is one of the pillars of Climbing Talent, so I am looking forward to my students being able to start using it.

**What problems is JobWinner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

many students in parallel without losing quality in each one. My students come to the program with very specific doubts "What's wrong with my CV?", "Why am I not getting responses on LinkedIn?", "How do I prepare for this interview?". Before, solving all that in a personalized way with each one consumed a lot of my time and limited how many people I could support at once. JobWinner changes that. The tool allows each student to identify the real flaws in their CV and LinkedIn profile, prepare in a structured way for interviews, and tailor their application to each specific offer, which is key because sending the same CV to 50 vacancies is one of the mistakes that is most penalized in large companies. How does it benefit me? I can scale the program without losing quality. Today I have many more active students than before, and yet each one receives a premium service because JobWinner gives them a very solid foundation on which I then work strategically. I come to individual sessions with a lot of prior context, thanks to the dashboard. I see what each student has worked on, where they have encountered friction, and I focus the session exactly where it adds the most value. My students progress faster, which translates into more success stories, better testimonials, and a program that sells more easily each time.
