It is easy to create and update requisitions and job postings. It gives us insight into how our recruiting efforts are working. I think Jobvite has a nice visual UI. It is easy to find requisitions and candidates. The integration between JobVite and ADP WorkforceNow with the connector was also easy and the support for that was always prompt. That we can't integrate it with e-Verify to complete I-9 verifications as required by US Law. And that we can't get the I9 form until we complete the ID details (as if we are doing an e-verififcation) so basically we have to do the work twice. It's not currently integrated with our HRIS system (UKG) either. While I feel like JobVite has the potential for greatness, in my world, it just created more tedious, manual tasks. At least for the time being. I have not seen any benefits of it being more efficient than the process we were using before.
