JobTill is field service software for small service businesses: commercial cleaning, janitorial, property maintenance, lawn care and the trades. It runs the whole cycle in one place: quote, schedule, do the work, invoice and get paid. - Quotes and proposals: send a quote your customer approves and signs online or on your phone. Send one proposal with several frequency options, and the customer picks one. Walk the site, note each area, and build the quote from it. - Scheduling: drag-and-drop schedule board, with one job assignable to several techs. - Recurring contracts: put weekly, biweekly and monthly services on one agreement. Next month's visits are added to the schedule automatically. - Proof of work: photos go on the job, attached to the checklist item they prove. Your crew can't close the job until every required photo is in. Run site inspections with a checklist and photos for every finding. - Invoicing and payments: recurring work rolls into one invoice per client per month, and you review it before it goes out. Customers pay by card or bank transfer into your business's own Stripe account. JobTill adds nothing on top of Stripe's fee. - Client portal: customers see their invoices, visit history and reports, and approve add-ons without calling you. - Team feed: posts, photos and job updates in one place, for the office and the crew.
