It includes the information I need to understand program/system usage. I also like that I can quickly generate reporting on my own without assistance from my Semos partner. In addition, I like that I can make some simple updates to text that appears on different pages and/or emails (I partner with Semose for more extensive changes). Finally, my Semos partner is great about meeting on a regular basis to address our challenges and provides timely updates as needed. **What do you dislike about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?** I find that the system is restrictive and as such, it doesn't fully meet the needs of our Company's program. There are system changes that we need (like multi-select options, additional text fields or dropdowns) that Semos is unable to accommodate. This means that we're unable to create the best program for our employees; rather, we have to create a program that fits within the confines of their system. **What problems is Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a nomination program for a more advanced award and unfortunately, the quality of the nominations varies greatly - this is a problem we're currently trying to solve. Semos has presented different out of the box options available that helped us better understand what their system can and can't do for us. Unfortunately, these options are not fully meeting our needs. We're doing some minor development work with their team to solve the problems we can going down this path, but the outcome is that we have a more cumbersome process for our end users that will require them to attach a document to their nomination vs. inputting all of the required information into the system. I've had a few bumps with malfunctioning products and the support from JobPts was phenomenal every single time. They always got my back, for returns, refunds, etc... **What do you dislike about Recognition and Rewards by Semos Cloud?** The issues with e-Bay are unsolved for far too long... The alternative is to redeem cash through virtual cards. There are a few bumps there as well: the virtual card security verification is a pain. Lately, it takes an average of ten days for me to use the card each time I redeem my points which is unreal! Also, the fact that each time I redeem the points I have to create a new card is insane. I can never use 100% of my points as very often I end up with small amounts which I cannot use to buy anything. It would be much fairer if we could credit the same card over and over to use the award entirely. And there is also the fact that not all vendors accept these cards...
