It is both a way to comply with the EUPTD and it is also great for employees and managers as a total rewards tool. I also like that it counts towards my company quota. The ability to praise colleague and reward with small cash awards. This was a very popular program at SAP. It allowed employees to recognize outstanding performance among colleagues. We were able to write a note about what a colleague had done that was outstanding, which was routed to their manager for visibility. We could also opt to add a small cash award as well. JobPts makes it easy to give peer feedback and recognise colleagues for their work.
