"Affordable CRM with Strong Integrations and Time-Saving Automations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

Job Nimbus allows many integrations. It allows you to integrate and partner with many other platforms by the use of API keys or internal integrations. Also from a price standpoint, it's one of the better CRM's in the roofing industry for affordability. The use of automations is also very helpful and saves us time with follow ups and internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

The support is tough at times and not all of the integrations and automations process smoothly. There's hiccups that causes a lot of issues for us and it's hard for a job Nimbus two at first define and pinpoint which is frustrating. Texting through the job numbers platform is undesirable and not really user-friendly in my opinion and we do not use it. Tasks are also a problem, as if multiple people are assigned to a task if one person clicks it complete it wipes it off everybody's task list, which now basically allows us not to use tasks if more than one person is involved in the task. This for us to create another platform for tasks to use and cost us more money due to the deficiencies with job Nimbus in this feature. Not being able to assign different estimates per sales person within the same job is also a problem since multiple people estimate for one specific project (roofing and siding) and we need to give a credit for that specific estimate to a specific sales person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tyson Hinde of JobNimbus

Tara,

Thank you for taking the time to share this. The detail here is genuinely helpful.

The task completion issue, texting experience, and the estimate-per-sales-rep gap are all fair and specific. Those are real workflow problems and we do not want you having to build around us with additional tools. That feedback will be sent to the right people on our end.

Your CAE is a great place to start if you are willing to talk through any of this in more detail. We are always looking to better understand how we can continue to make things better and would love to connect.

"The Benchmark CRM for Roofing and Exterior Remodeling"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

We've been using JobNimbus for many years and have watched it evolve into what is, in our opinion, the best CRM in the roofing and exterior remodeling industry. As a company that has grown significantly over the years, JobNimbus has been a critical part of our success.

The platform does an excellent job of keeping our sales, production, communication, documents, and financials organized in one place. The integrations continue to improve, and the team behind the software genuinely listens to user feedback and continues to innovate.

No CRM is perfect, but after evaluating other options over the years, we continue to believe JobNimbus offers the best overall value, functionality, and industry-specific tools available. It has helped us manage thousands of projects more efficiently while providing a better experience for both our team and our customers.

If you're a roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling contractor looking for a CRM built specifically for your industry, JobNimbus is the benchmark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

The reality is that any software that is actively improving will experience bumps along the way. For us, the long-term benefits, industry-specific functionality, and overall value have far outweighed the occasional frustrations associated with updates and changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tyson Hinde of JobNimbus

Brian, this genuinely means a lot. Thank you for the kind words and for trusting us to grow with your business over the years.

Reviews like this remind us why we do what we do. Hearing that JobNimbus has been a critical part of your success is exactly what we are here for.

We do not take long term customers for granted and we are committed to continuing to earn that trust. Our team is always looking to talk with customers and better understand how we can continue to make things better. Don't hesitate to reach out.

"Great Client Visibility, but falls short and tries to push AI in everything."
3.5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

The job board is great for visualizing what's happening with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

There should be a way to search up by Amounts, not JUST job numbers or invoice numbers. It also creates a new "account" in QBO for expenses/income which is annoying because we want all of the information to be in the same space. It would be nice to be able to choose what accounts they go into rather than this. Also Get. Rid. Of. A.I. NOBODY WANTS THIS AND IT'S KILLING THE PLANET. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

We appreciate your feedback on the job board and understand your frustration with the limitations on search options and integration with QBO. Our QuickBooks team is actively working on product updates to help improve sync functions like this, and I will pass along this feedback to them.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review and for being a part of our crew!

"JobNimbus Keeps Everything in One Place—Easy, Reliable, and Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

What I like most about JobNimbus is that it keeps everything in one place and is genuinely easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so our team was able to get up and running without a lot of frustration. It also integrates well with the other tools we use, which saves time and cuts down on duplicate work. We've found it to be reliable, and it's helped us stay more organized and responsive with customers. For a roofing company, it's been well worth the investment because it's improved both our efficiency and the overall customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

Overall, we've had a great experience, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. Some features aren't always where you'd expect them to be, so newer team members can have a bit of a learning curve. There are also times when we'd like more flexibility with reporting and customizing workflows to fit the way our company operates. None of these are deal breakers, but continued improvements to navigation, reporting, and customization would make an already strong platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

We're thrilled to hear that JobNimbus has been easy, reliable, and efficient for your roofing company! It's great to know that the clean and intuitive interface, along with seamless integration with other tools, has improved your team's efficiency and customer experience.

"Customizable and Efficient, Needs Communication Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like JobNimbus for its custom template creation, which is necessary for staying ahead in the industry and avoiding outdated prices or contracts. I also appreciate the seamless team and crew coordination made possible by the communication interface and calendar/task appointment options, which I can use to share with team members. The initial setup of JobNimbus was easy, and these features make it valuable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

I think the threads section in JobNimbus could be improved. It should be separated entirely into an email communications tab and comments tab to avoid things feeling too bulky or disorganized. The current threads tab holds all communications, and it's not the most user-friendly when trying to separate emails, project-specific notes, and general team or company discussions. I have also used AccuLynx in the past and still prefer their interface and setup, but I need to continue using JobNimbus for specific reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the threads section. It's a fairly new feature that we can continue to tinker with to meet the needs of your business. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements to enhance the user experience.

"Constant Innovation, Excellent Training"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like JobNimbus for its constant innovation and training, as they are always trying to take care of every aspect of my business and are willing to show me how to best utilize their platform. I appreciate that if there's a feature I would like to see, there's a good chance they'll add it eventually. They're leaning heavily into AI, and I loved being one of the beta testers for Scout. I enjoy the webinars they put on to show what they're working on so I know what to expect. They want to be more than just a CRM, and they're willing to talk you through all their processes, including marketing, which is a big deal because it's easy to waste money with a shady company. The initial setup was super easy, especially with a dedicated person assigned to help through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

I wish there was more flexibility on adding scopes of work to a proposal that I am currently working on. For example, if I could add a flat roof scope of work to a tile roof refelt quote because those go hand-in-hand a lot. I want to be able to send one proposal that has the scope of work for both the tile roof and the patio roof. But if they only have a tile roof, I don’t want the patio roof to already be built in. I want to have the option to add additional scopes of work so that the homeowner can choose which options they want. Also, I used the internal software for the camera at one point and that did not work out super well. It was very glitchy on the app and I wasn’t always able to mark up the photos as needed. I now use CompanyCam and it is perfect for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thank you for your positive feedback on our constant innovation, training, and willingness to assist in all aspects of your business. We understand your need for more flexibility in adding scopes of work to proposals and apologize for any inconvenience with the internal camera software. We'll take note of your suggestions for future enhancements.

"Makes Job Tracking Easier and Keeps Everything Organized in One Place"
4/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

One thing that stands out is how adaptable it is to real field workflows. It doesn’t feel like software you have to force your process into. Instead, it bends pretty naturally to how jobs actually move from start to finish. That makes it easier for both office staff and field teams to stay aligned without constant back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

At times, a few workflows or customization options also require more manual setup than you might expect, which can take some extra time upfront. It’s not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it does mean you need a bit of patience before everything runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tyson Hinde of JobNimbus

Thanks for the detailed review, Kayten, we appreciate you taking the time to share this.

Glad to hear JobNimbus is fitting how your team actually works in the field. That is something we care a lot about, making sure the system supports real job flow instead of forcing you into a rigid process. When your office and field teams stay aligned without constant back and forth, everything just runs smoother.

You are also right about setup. Getting Workflows and customizations dialed in can take some upfront time, especially when you are building things around your specific process. The goal is that once it is set up, it takes work off your plate and reduces the day to day friction you mentioned.

Appreciate the thoughtful feedback, and we are glad to hear it is helping your team stay organized and on the same page.

"Threads Makes Team Communication in JobNimbus Fast and Clear"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

The most helpful aspect of JobNimbus for me is being able to communicate with teammates within a job. The newly added feature "Threads" has made this even better. Instead of having to skim through the job’s activity, I can simply click on Threads and get up to speed in seconds. As an added bonus, you can now reply directly to specific teammates, which makes conversations much clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

As of right now, the only struggle I have with JobNimbus is the scarcity surrounding the billing aspect of the CRM. There isn't a whole lot of information in the Tool Kit regarding invoicing and payments in the areas that I have questions. For example, how to process a refund for a customer who paid with a paper check. I can find information all day long about refunding someone who remitted payment through JobNimbus Payments. I know the Tool Kit says to process a refund to someone who paid with a paper check through Quickbooks, but there are not next steps on exactly way to do in JobNimbus next. Do I void the estimate? Void the invoice? I could use more direction on the standard of practice when something like this comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

We're thrilled to hear that you find the Threads feature helpful for team communication within JobNimbus! We're constantly working to improve our platform and appreciate your feedback. I will pass along this feedback about our Toolkit to our DigitalCX team.

"Great Team Visibility That Keeps Everyone on the Same Page"
4/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

I like that we can all see who is doing what at any given time. It keeps everyone on the same page, reduces confusion, and helps ensure that nothing gets overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

There are some settings that we can’t adjust in-house and that technical support either can’t or won’t change for us. Things like fonts, photo sizes, and automatic text messages are all settings we don’t have control over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad JobNimbus is helping keep your team on the same page. Full visibility into who's doing what is exactly what we designed it for.

We hear you on the settings limitations, especially fonts, photo sizes, and automated texts. That's fair feedback, and we've passed it along to our Product Team.

And thank you for recognizing the support you've gotten, even coming in after the account was already set up. That means a lot.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this!

"Shared Calendar Scheduling That Keeps Our Team Efficient and Informed"
5/5
What do you like best about JobNimbus?

Scheduling inspections, jobs, and tasks on one shared calendar that every team member can see makes day-to-day operations much more efficient. I also really enjoy the different features and the amount of information you can add to each individual job, so any team member who goes to that job can quickly view all the necessary details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobNimbus?

The integration with QuickBooks can occasionally lead to sync errors, which creates bookkeeping issues and month-end closing issues that I then have to fix with manual adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Avery Walts of JobNimbus

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our shared calendar and job details features. We understand the frustration caused by the integration issues with QuickBooks, and we are actively working on resolving these sync errors to ensure a smoother experience for our users.
