jobmate247 is a job management platform for Australian Tradies who run solo or with a small crew. It covers the whole quote-to-invoice workflow: detailed quotes built from your own price book, scheduling with calendar invites, recurring jobs, deposit and progress invoicing for staged work, and professional PDF quotes and invoices with your licence details displayed. Clients get share links with a clear how-to-pay block, and automatic reminders chase unpaid invoices for you. Customers can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, from the invoice link or a QR code shown on site, and the invoice marks itself paid. jobmate247 works with Xero both ways: invoices, credit notes, bills and payments go across to Xero, and payments made in Xero come back on their own. MYOB users can still export. Client records support companies with multiple contacts and multiple site addresses, and there is a one-click migration path from Cashflow Manager. It runs in the browser on any phone, so there is nothing to install. Pricing is A$35 per month flat, GST inclusive, with no per-user fees and no limits on jobs or quotes.
