**What do you like best about JobMatch?**

The personalized job recommendations based on skill and experience makes the platform worth exploring. The quality leads on the platform increases user retention and helps the user in the job search journey. Since, the platform also provide some insights on the job market, salary trends which assists the user in making informed decisions on finding the right job.

**What do you dislike about JobMatch?**

The user interface is a bit clunky and it can feel cumbersome at times and difficult to navigate. Locating job listings and effectively filtering through them is challenging sometimes compared to other job search platforms.

**What problems is JobMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobMatch is providing access to tools, services and expertise necessary to address HR needs efficiently. It is solving the problem of limited access to HR solutions by bridging the gap between employers and employees. JobMatch also provides affordable HR solutions that align with the financial limitations of the user on both sides of the table i.e. Employer and Employee.
