The best thing is the feedback we have received from our candidates. Our initial concern was that candidates might not like to do the one way videos. Or that it might be too complicated for them. But the feedback we have received since we implemented this has been exceptionally positive. Almost all of our candidates loved how easy and short this process was. They can get it done in 15-20 minutes with no complicated technical knowledge needed. Their support team is also great if someone does get stuck somewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was really easy for my team to create video interviews and then share videos from candidates internally. I also liked that it integrated well with our current ATS. We used Zapier to build a connector and it worked flawlessly. Plus the feedback we got from our candidates was very positive too, especially cause it worked really smoothly on their phones. Took a lot of scheduling issues off the table for our HR team. All in all, it has worked really well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major dislike. Our onboarding and training sessions went smoothly and my team had no issues reaching out to their support team. One thing I would like to see in the future is support for more languages for our candidates. But I wouldnt call that a critical requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a great tool for pre screening. Jobma allows the candidate to retake questions - to give them the best shot at the interview as the process can be a bit intimmidating.

I love the pricing plans. We do have a lot of applicants who apply but being able to pay per applicant is the best option for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do think that the user interface is hard to get the hang of. Most of the time we just use Jobma inside of Jazzhr Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
