Minimalist job and expense tracking built for field crews of 1–10. Log jobs, capture expenses in seconds, and send Stripe invoices before you leave the driveway. No complex setup or accounting degrees required. Built for the field, not the office. Most field service apps are bloated, complicated, and take hours to learn. We built our software for solo operators and small trade crews (1–10 people) who just need a lightning-fast way to write down job info and track expenses while working on-site. Whether you're a painter, plumber, landscaper, or electrician, you can ditch the crumpled truck receipts and notes apps. Log your job details in less than 60 seconds, keep your expenses organized, and get paid faster. Key Features Built for Small Trade Teams: • On-the-Go Entry: Optimized for quick, frictionless mobile entry right from the job site. • Instant Stripe Invoicing: Create and text/email professional invoices to clients instantly, allowing you to accept secure credit card or ACH payments on-site. • Simple Expense Tracking: Snap your receipts and log material costs immediately so you stop losing money on unbilled expenses. • Clean CSV Export: No messy or frustrating accounting integrations to set up. Download your monthly job and expense sheets with one click and hand them straight to your accountant. Start keeping your business organized without the software headache. Try it free today—no credit card required.
