So, I was initially skeptical here as well. The very good support from the beginning was something I found very good, and this continued throughout the entire process. This is not always the case. A lot of time was also taken during the initial introduction to the system. **What do you dislike about Jobilla?** There are no negative points. It would be desirable to make the contact form for interested parties a bit more personalized, e.g., preferred contact times for the applicants. **What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were actually able to attract a wealth of interested parties through the recruiting tool and ultimately hire some applicants.
