The best thing about it is how easy it is to handle. 2. A very user friendly software and easy to mould it to my needs. 3. The best part is it generates reports. **What do you dislike about JobFLEX?** 1. I would really like if there was an option to create invoices from the bids. 2. I would have loved if customer service was a little better. Rest all is up to mark. **What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me to create estimates and minutes with the click of my mouse. Its interface is very beginner friendly and straightforward to use. Additionally, I can track payments/billing easily after the sale is made. **What do you dislike about JobFLEX?** I wish JobFLEX had an integration with Quickbooks and Salesforce. JobFLEX is much easier to use, but Quickbooks has more advanced tracking and Salesforce is our source of truth. We've used both for such a long time, so it'd be nice if they spoke to each other more. **What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to send my customers accurate quotes far faster than before. We can keep track of everything in the file directory and export the information we need. ### 3. It has four options including adding customers, quotes, and invoices. It is simple and I can send invoices quickly. **What do you dislike about JobFLEX?** It doesn't allow for as much detail and tracking as Quickbooks but it is more user friendly. **What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to send invoices and create customers in a simple way. ### 4. It's not overly complicated with a million fancy features. I just want to do manage my business and it does just that. I also like the ability to be able to copy items and duplicate. It makes it easy to add different types of equipment. **What do you dislike about JobFLEX?** There is no iPhone app. I still use my iPhone but a real app would be nice. **What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to generate quick quotes for customers or pulling inventory for purchase orders. ### 5. Customers appreciate the immediate service and are more likely to contract. **What do you dislike about JobFLEX?** The softwsre is great for small and medium sized business but would not scale up for larger companies. It's ease of use makes up for this and allowed these size companies to compete. **What problems is JobFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing employees to immediately show customers estimates with specific materials and pictures of the final product. Integrates invoice tracking and streamlines the whole process overall. ### 7. I could quickly add documents and photos to quotes for a more professional look. I could make invoices from the customer's quotes for fast and easy payments. It had reporting capabilities that helped me keep track of metrics. **What do you dislike about JobFLEX?** I have no dislikes. I think the speed of the app could be better. Learning takes time.
