I love JobDiva because it makes the recruitment process very simple. The database of candidates is great for easily accessing contact information. I really appreciate the feature that allows me to save calling notes in JobDiva. The 'right to represent' emails can be sent directly through the platform, which is really convenient. The note-keeping feature in the Attributes section is particularly useful for storing candidates' information and making it accessible to everyone in the organization. I like many features that are inbuilt in JobDiva. One of the most helpful features is the alternate option to send an email attaching the resume if there's an error while uploading, allowing it to be uploaded immediately. JobDiva should be linked with LinkedIn or allow access to fetch profiles from LinkedIn. It should also be linked with office email addresses or Outlook to make sending emails to candidates easier. I don't like that the rows and tables in reports are non-modifiable, apart from the options given. There is no option to generate selective reports like candidate name, contact number, and email ID with the job applied for or submitted for, and who it was submitted to.
