This tools helps us in intergrating all the job boards at a same place , it helps in managing the complete life cycle starting from recruitement , interview , offer till joining and also managing the contract cycle of the candidates effectiively all at one place. It's a robust and user-friendly Applicant Tracking System that organizes candidate data effectively.This further helps recruiter to check the candidate onboarindg status , contract status and all over connect with the candidates very easily. JobDiva uses advanced algorithms to match candidates with job requirements efficiently. I have been using this tool for more than 3 years and it has really helped me in my day to day activities. It streamlines time tracking and payroll integration for contractors and employees.Integration of portals, candidates email tracing and easy user interface makes it best ATS available in the market. We appreciate the team’s continuous effort in improving the user’s experience as well as the capability of this forever green ATS. The only change that I can propose is regarding resume review post a talent search. Sometimes the displayed formats are confusing and not easy to read. That makes the whole process not very efficient. Having an option for preview of resume, which shows them as uploaded in the JobDiva system, will enhance usability.
Secondly, sometimes title-based searching does not provide the best possible results in finding relevant resumes; hence, this could sometimes prove to be difficult. I like that JobDiva has everything one needs for recruiting in one place. Its fantastic search tools and flexible workflows make it very easier to find the right candidates for the right jobs. It brings tracking applicants, finding candidates, managing clients, and more, all in one simple system helping recruiters save time and get organized. It is confusing and time-consuming to search for anything. New users will have a hard time learning about how to use it. JobDiva can be bit tricky at first because it has many features. JobDiva sometimes slows down when dealing with a lot of candidates or jobs And when I want to update the status or details of so many candidates at once, it doesn't easily facilitate such updates so I have to do all one by one, which is extremely time-consuming. What I find most helpful about JobDiva is it's minimal GUI in terms of distractions and performance. In my experience the fastests ATS/CRMs are minimal graphically/visuals and tend to be prompt based. JobDiva falls in line with this belief. I like the main preview window on the right side and the tabs above it to quickly access candidate information. Ultimately, the upsides of using Jobdiva are quick search queries and simple/clean functionality. What I've found to be the least helpful has been the organization of user fields to input information once a candidate has been offered a position and I'm inputing the details to generate a contract agreement for the candidate. I'd also see some changes in the search interface to make it a little more user friendly so I can dial down my searches so they can be more specific when need be. My Job role is MIS Executive. So, as a MIS Executive, my responsibility is to submit all the candidate on the tool called VMS, which later on are to be recorded in JobDiva.
Jobdiva has helped me alot in my work. I can easily check the candidates and their clients. We can download the resumes as well.I can check or track the candidates progress on the respective position.

it's integreated to CB, moster Dice and linked also plenty of other applicant like Vitel, so it gives over all a complete package in one. customer support is really responsive and prompt. jobdiva is east to learn for fresher and less of expeirence. not just recruitment, it also helpful for HR Finance and backend team to implement it in our day to day usage. jobdiva hotlist feature is usefull for daily basis. whole recruiter team is collabratiing and using it on daily basis. There's only one I could think of. When reviewing resumes after a talent search the format displayed are sometimes confusing and tough to read.
