What do you like best about JobDiva?

This tools helps us in intergrating all the job boards at a same place , it helps in managing the complete life cycle starting from recruitement , interview , offer till joining and also managing the contract cycle of the candidates effectiively all at one place. It's a robust and user-friendly Applicant Tracking System that organizes candidate data effectively.This further helps recruiter to check the candidate onboarindg status , contract status and all over connect with the candidates very easily. JobDiva uses advanced algorithms to match candidates with job requirements efficiently. I have been using this tool for more than 3 years and it has really helped me in my day to day activities. It streamlines time tracking and payroll integration for contractors and employees.Integration of portals, candidates email tracing and easy user interface makes it best ATS available in the market. I have been using job diva since I started working in recruitment industry and it's been more than 3 years to be very honest, I have never found any such feature which I disliked.

JobDiva is an all-in-one platform that combines automation, advanced search capabilities, and seamless integrations to make recruiting faster and more efficient. It provides us the best user interface which will further helps in pulling our peformace reports, sourcing the talent using the talent search bar, getting the active jobs just by putting zip code of that area, getting the updates from onboarding, updating the candidate application status, coordinating with different departments like onboarding , Sales and others very effectively and efficiently that even new recruiter can grab the things very quicky and easily. What do you like best about JobDiva?

Without a doubt, JobDiva has one of the most effective interfaces combined with extremely solid features. We appreciate the team’s continuous effort in improving the user’s experience as well as the capability of this forever green ATS. Thanks to them, JobDiva is not only accomplishing new features, but also reaches the new level of formulating education through emails and trainings for newcomers. Their user-friendliness is simply out of this world – be it Talent Search or BI Dashboards or even complete reporting – everything seems to be in its right place with JobDiva. It is quite apparent that the company does not possess a single better tool, which would assist the firm in the recruitment process as fast and as well as this one. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

The only change that I can propose is regarding resume review post a talent search. Sometimes the displayed formats are confusing and not easy to read. That makes the whole process not very efficient. Having an option for preview of resume, which shows them as uploaded in the JobDiva system, will enhance usability.

Secondly, sometimes title-based searching does not provide the best possible results in finding relevant resumes; hence, this could sometimes prove to be difficult. JobDiva has been highly useful for me in recruiting work. It has saved me time by allowing easy access to candidate profiles, checking the association with clients, and all job postings from multiple clients in one place. Resumes can be downloaded in no time, client requirements reviewed, and tasks managed with ease.

JobDiva is that one ultimate tool for the recruiting team. Consolidation of various functionalities in this single platform does away with the need for a set of separate resume search portals. What do you like best about JobDiva?

I like that JobDiva has everything one needs for recruiting in one place. Its fantastic search tools and flexible workflows make it very easier to find the right candidates for the right jobs. It brings tracking applicants, finding candidates, managing clients, and more, all in one simple system helping recruiters save time and get organized. It has wonderful analytics and reporting capabilities. It has really helped me monitor metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate source, etc. Thus, I have been able to make data-driven decisions and improve my recruitment over time. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

It is confusing and time-consuming to search for anything. New users will have a hard time learning about how to use it. JobDiva can be bit tricky at first because it has many features. JobDiva sometimes slows down when dealing with a lot of candidates or jobs And when I want to update the status or details of so many candidates at once, it doesn't easily facilitate such updates so I have to do all one by one, which is extremely time-consuming. What do you like best about JobDiva?

What I find most helpful about JobDiva is it's minimal GUI in terms of distractions and performance. In my experience the fastests ATS/CRMs are minimal graphically/visuals and tend to be prompt based. JobDiva falls in line with this belief. I like the main preview window on the right side and the tabs above it to quickly access candidate information. Ultimately, the upsides of using Jobdiva are quick search queries and simple/clean functionality. I've also noticed when JobDiva is going through backend updates it's not down for very long compared to other CRMs/ATS systems I've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobDiva?

What I've found to be the least helpful has been the organization of user fields to input information once a candidate has been offered a position and I'm inputing the details to generate a contract agreement for the candidate. I'd also see some changes in the search interface to make it a little more user friendly so I can dial down my searches so they can be more specific when need be. What do you like best about JobDiva?

My Job role is MIS Executive. So, as a MIS Executive, my responsibility is to submit all the candidate on the tool called VMS, which later on are to be recorded in JobDiva.

Jobdiva has helped me alot in my work. I can easily check the candidates and their clients. We can download the resumes as well.I can check or track the candidates progress on the respective position.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

it's integreated to CB, moster Dice and linked also plenty of other applicant like Vitel, so it gives over all a complete package in one. customer support is really responsive and prompt. jobdiva is east to learn for fresher and less of expeirence. not just recruitment, it also helpful for HR Finance and backend team to implement it in our day to day usage. jobdiva hotlist feature is usefull for daily basis. whole recruiter team is collabratiing and using it on daily basis. What do you like best about JobDiva?

JobDiva has one of the best user interfaces and super powerful features. Kudos to the team for continually adding new features to enhance the user experience and functionality of the ATS. The team also takes JobDiva to an unprecedented height not just by introducing features but also by conducting webinars and training for new hires. The ease of using JobDiva is phenomenal. There's only one I could think of. When reviewing resumes after a talent search the format displayed are sometimes confusing and tough to read. In the very competitive staffing industry, with the use of jobdiva sourcing candidates is very useful. I do not need to search manually on the different job boards for the right candidate, job diva makes it very easy to source it from the giant job market through automation. Also, it is very easy to track the recruitment process through Jobdiva. I am not very good at maintaining the reports but thanks to Jobdiva it is a piece of cake to generate reports. What do you like best about JobDiva?

Jobdiva is the best sourcing ATS platform for recruiters. Its direct call and email facilities are the best. Its easy to pull out reports of individual candidate.
