Looking for work shouldn't feel like a second job. But it does. You open the same handful of sites every morning, scroll past hundreds of roles that aren't for you, and by the time something good appears you're too worn down to write the application it deserves. We built Jobctl because finding job ads was never the hard part — there are millions of them. The hard part is knowing which few are genuinely worth your time, and then giving those few your best shot. Our vision is simple: replace the endless scroll with something faster — and a lot less demoralising. Search once, let the scoring and AI do the sorting, and spend your energy on the roles that are truly worth applying to.
