Candidates, employees and students take the assessments for free; the organisation sends them and receives results attributed to its own account. Send assessments three ways. Share a hosted invite link, embed the tests in your own product through the Assessment API (X-API-Key authentication, server-side scoring, scored results returned to you), or send them from Greenhouse through our native assessment-partner integration. Ashby is available per organisation on request. Workable, Lever, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn and Teamtailor can be connected through the API; native connectors for them are planned but have no committed date. The catalogue has 256+ assessments, including DISC, Big Five, EQ, RIASEC, Enneagram, Conflict Styles and Values. Hiring teams get a hiring-manager view with archetype, blind spots and work-style notes, a team view that aggregates results without exposing individual answers, and response-integrity flags (tab switches, paste events, straight-lining, suspicious timing) marked Clean, Review or Concern. Reports export as PDF, and white-label PDFs and API access are on the Scale plan. A custom assessment builder is in beta. For schools and colleges, the Education Licence is priced per enrolled student per academic year, with assessments uncapped. A class link means students need no accounts, and teachers get a class report and cohort results. Application data is held in the EU (Ireland), and export and deletion are available on request.
