What do you like best about JobBOSS²?

JobBOSS is fairly "user friendly". We rarely have any issues. We are using JobBOSS in a Manufacturing setting.

I process our Accounts Payables; Vendor control; Inventory; Material Purchase Orders and some Order Entry.

We are presently using 37 seats in JobBOSS, which utilizes almost all areas of our business.

I have been working with JobBOSS for the past 3 plus years on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobBOSS²?

One issue that I have with JobBOSS right now, is the fact that we are unable to write our own reports for the information we are entering.

There are "hard-coded" or "canned" reports to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JobBOSS² solving and how is that benefiting you?

Material Planning helps out alot by projecting incoming job that require certian material and determine if you need to order material for that job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JobBOSS is great for small manufacturing businesses that do not have a dedicated programming person/team. The UI is fairly clean and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobBOSS²?

JobBOSS is unnecessarily complicated and slow. Trying to program applications that hook into jobBOSS is fairly difficult and there is little in the way of support documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If your company has a dedicated programming team, maybe search for something else. If that is not the case, then JobBOSS does a good job at managing shop floor projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jobboss will not automatically update most things. Reports are not the easiest to export. The "connections" that certain modules have with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
