What do you like best about Jobber?

Its a one stop shop CRM. I can manage the customer lifecycle from one platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Barriers to billing when client is recurring and the job is marked as completed on mobile app but does not allow individual billing for that customer it tries to cancel all visits and on the desktop you have yo uncomplete the job. This is double handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jobber Streamlined Our Scheduling and Boosted Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

Jobber has helped us organize our day to day schedule and operations so much, increasing our efficiency tenfold. We haven’t even scratched the surface of using all of the available features and we already have benefited so much. Their support is also top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

There are a lot of features that we pay for but don’t necessarily utilize. Some of that is our choice, to be fair they always offer help setting new features up, but it’s almost more robust than what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Scheduling and CRM Features Enhance Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like the scheduling tool and CRM portion of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Linking between QuickBooks and Jobber can have some issues.

Estimating - I would like it to be segments where we could only show totals of items we are proposing without showing prices of single items.

Sample:

Front Landscape Installation - $860.00 (total)

- Clean Up

- 3 Shrubs

- 5 Compost

- Delivery

Back Landscape Installation - $970.00 (total)

- Clean Up

- 4 Trees

- 5 Compost

- Delivery

Grand Total 1,830

Service Area Measuring - We would love to be able to measure inside quotes and add our rates to overpopulate in the proposal. Measure square footage of the lawn and beds to be able to easily propose the lawn fertilization, bed fertilization, mulch etc.

Sample: https://organolawn.com/measure-your-lawn/

Budgeting - It would also be great if you could help companies create company budgets to understand how much to charge

"Powerful All-in-One Solution for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I find Jobber to be an exceptional app, especially suited for small to medium-sized home businesses seeking an all-in-one solution. The strength of its mobile app stands out, allowing my staff to stay organized by viewing their schedules, clocking in, following checklists, and completing tasks without needing to call the office. This feature truly enhances efficiency and communication. I also appreciate the smart automations Jobber offers, which significantly help in automating repetitive tasks and supporting online booking with automated appointment reminders. The client portal's capability to send 'on my way' texts creates a seamless client interaction experience. Additionally, Jobber's integration with QuickBooks Online and Xero is seamless, making it easy to manage job costing, time tracking, and expense tracking, with added built-in reports for monitoring revenue, outstanding invoices, and job profitability. This integration is critical for businesses to streamline estimating, scheduling, and invoicing efficiently. Moreover, their top-notch customer support is invaluable, ensuring any issues are handled promptly, which is crucial for smooth business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I find the cost and pricing structure of Jobber to be a downside, particularly as the business grows. Jobber doesn't offer a permanent free tier, and the paid plans start at a relatively high price point. Additionally, the pricing increases as you add more users and unlock essential features like automations. This can be quite limiting for business owners who are looking for more affordable or better-tiered solutions. Furthermore, the initial setup was somewhat involved, though I understand it has improved for new companies joining now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and User-Friendly Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

Jobber is easy to use, and the scheduling is easy to understand. Color coating jobs make figuring out where my teams are very simple. Customer service is very responsive and extremely helpful. I use Jobber on the daily for both of my companies, it was so easy to implement and intergrate Jobber into our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I would like it if you could customize the emails more in Jobber, by having a signature already added or being able to add attachments to pre-made emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am frustrated that Jobber's marketing campaigns feature is lacking and that it does not allow linking the texting feature to our phone number. Additionally, customers often complain that emails get blocked by spam blockers frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Layout with Unique Features, Needs More Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like how well Jobber is laid out and all its unique features. The app has a great layout and really keeps me organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I would like to be able to turn off credit card payments for some jobs as some businesses still work with checks. In QuickBooks, you can turn this feature off when needed. This would be a huge improvement. It was hard to understand what was going on in the background with all the automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
