I have personally sent in suggestions and I always feel like the team at jobber listens! I enjoy seeing the new updates rolls though, it makes everything so much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, new updates can make things more confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calendar, user friendliness, ability to text and email from app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support seems to only know what on the Jobber references - they don't know the app well. Quotes do not provide flexible options. New tests are often removed and impact our business (i.e. pipeline). Every option costs s more money - feels like nickle and diming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jobber provides a lot for connectivity for our team that is always on the go. And with the ability to view notes from previous jobs, it allows us to go back to when certain systems were installed to find information that is pertinent to the service call our team may be on. Things like installer codes, where devices are located, why a customer wanted a device in a specific spot, etc. I also love that when the schedule updates, it automatically sends a push notification to the technician, and we can redirect them to where they are needed. The scheduling is also extremely easy to use, with the ability to define jobs, tasks, or requests as needed. Their marketing suite also comes with an expansive set of tools, which have allowed us to reach out to customers who didn't even know they needed a service call.
Both the app and the desktop application are extremely user friendly, for every generation that works with us. Whether we need to collect payment on site, bill from our office, or create a quote on the fly, the ease of use really shines when out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our biggest gripe is the speed. Infrequently, both the app and the desktop have slow down issues that require a reboot of the system using the app. It can make using the app especially frustrating, as one can be in the middle of writing a note or creating a quote for a customer. There are a handful of things I like about Jobber. Some of them include:
- Built-in request form
- Schedule
- Pipeline/Workflow (Request, bid appointment, estimate, job)
- Integrations
- You listen to what your users are suggesting to improve the platform.
- The fact that you are open to feedback.
- Estimate templates
- New features are constantly being added
- User-friendly
- Overall design/layout is easy to navigate
- The value - Jobber may not have everything we need, but the price point is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Jobber doesn't offer all the reports and metrics my company requires. We have built out reporting using Smartsheet. For example, metrics for lead tracking, job progress (% complete, based on MH budget), revenue forecast, team metrics, and more.
2. Communication - I wish you could tag other users in the notes section, or that there was a built-in internal messaging section. I would also love to see an email integration. Currently, we copy and paste all email correspondents in the note section.
3. Tracking expenses - I would love to see a "cost inbox" feature, so invoices/bills from vendors could flow directly into Jobber, and then you select what job the expense goes to. I have seen and used this feature on other CRMs.
4. Multiple Invoices - We have a project that has been going on for 5 years now. We send an invoice twice a month. I would love to see a feature that, when an invoice is generated, it only pulls expenses that have not been invoiced. We are currently using Smartsheet to keep track of this.
5. More automations - We have jobs that sell 6-8 months in advance. I would like for there to be an automation to send out a "What you can expect" after a deposit is received, and then check in emails/reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Jobber as a CRM for my home repair business, and I find it very user-friendly with most functions being pretty intuitive. This made the learning curve short, which I really appreciate. It also makes it easy to quote and invoice jobs, which is a huge plus for my business. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, with an onboarding specialist providing a quick tutorial. I would like to set up and manage and track subscriptions and membership programs more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how intuitive Jobber is to use and how clean it looks, which makes navigating it pleasant. I also appreciate the good customer support that listens to feedback and provides consistent updates on improvements. This helps us trust in the system, knowing that it's growing and getting better. One bummer is that there's no audit trails for anything. We don't have a way to tell who made an object and who last edited it and when. We've tried some integrations, but they didn't really work very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a great platform for scheduling clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are periodic updates, but there isn’t any training provided to go along with them. The most recent update made me feel like I was using a completely new system, even though I’ve been using it for almost three years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Jobber makes it very simple to invoice, close the job, and invoice again. It's easy for me to charge credit cards, and people can add their card very easily, which helps me keep my accounting under control. The initial setup for Jobber is also very easy. Trying to see which person performed and specific job or some specific adjustments that would better fit my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Jobber is simple and easy to use, especially in the app. Our technicians can easily adopt it, and they can quickly start jobs, close out jobs, and invoice jobs directly from the app. This simplicity helps our business run smoothly and provides an easy customer experience. The initial setup of Jobber was very easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The routing functionality and scheduling feature could definitely use some work to make it easier for someone on the back end to schedule and efficiently route jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
