"Jobber Transformed Our Team Coordination and Cut Last Minute Cancellations to Near Zero"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

Overall organization between admins, clients and team members has improved by leaps and bounds. This enables us to coordinate a larger team, more jobs, more details and with less mistakes. The automated reminders have cut our 'at the door' cancellations to virtually zero when we had at least a few per month in the past. It quickly became an essential and we r talk in terms of pre Jobber and post Jobber now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I admit that it took me a long time to learn. I was doing a lot on paper, billing in Quickbooks, google calendar for schedule, a three ring binder for team instructions, clients used my person cell number all the time. It took a lot of learning to master the full usage of Jobber-it's a big platform! I will say there are features that don't work well for us like the location timers or payroll sync to Quickbooks. "Extremely User-Friendly, Step-by-Step Guidance"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

Extremely user friendly, easy to use. Guides you step by step Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

The only dislike I have about jobber is it's not more of a strict roofing CRM. I understand the platform needs to appeal to general contractors, it would just be nice to have some strict roofing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jobber Keeps My Small Business Organized and Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like best that Jobber helps me keep my small business organized and professional in a way I couldn’t manage as efficiently on my own. The scheduling system, drag-and-drop calendar, automated client reminders, quoting, invoicing, and easy client communication have saved me hours each week and reduced missed details. It has improved my workflow by keeping everything in one place, which is especially valuable when managing clients, employees, and day-to-day operations. For me, the cost has been worth it because it saves time, helps me present a polished client experience, and supports growth. I’ve also appreciated how intuitive the platform is to learn and how helpful it has been for building processes as a newer business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

While I like the platform overall, I’d like to see more flexibility and lower pricing for very small businesses, since subscription costs can be significant at an early growth stage. Some features feel geared more toward larger operations, and I’d love more customization for pricing structures, service options, and workflows to better fit smaller service businesses. There can also be a learning curve when setting everything up efficiently, which can slow adoption for new users. I’d especially like to see simpler onboarding guidance and more scalable pricing options for solo operators and small teams. Overall, these are refinements rather than major problems, but improvements in those areas would make the platform even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

the really user friendly, it's really easy for my employees to see their schedule info, quotes everything is centralized there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Its price, I really like all different features, I use marketing plan and connect plan, i pay 400 CAD, even if really helpful I still find it expensive compared to quickbooks by exemple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Forms, But Change Orders and Build Options Create Extra Manual Work"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I really like being able to edit and create forms to fit different client needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

I don’t like that there isn’t an easy way to change the order directly within the job. I’m also very disappointed that when you use the build option feature, you can’t add line items. Instead, you have to manually calculate the cost for each option and then enter it for every option, which creates so much extra work. Another thing I don’t like is that when a customer uploads a picture in the chat, we can’t really do anything with it. We have to take a screenshot and then enlarge it just to read it or even identify what the picture contains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jobber is overrated and overpriced."
0/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

The mobile app itself is well built and generally functions smoothly for day-to-day use in the field.

The Client Hub is also a strong feature, especially for recurring clients with multiple properties. It provides a centralized, organized view that works well for ongoing service relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Jobber is an overengineered platform that still lacks basic functionality a service business actually needs. For example, confirmation emails cannot include a clear list of services being provided for a specific visit, something that should be standard in any field service software.

Several integrations also fall short in critical ways. The Thumbtack integration does not pass job costs through, making accurate job costing and reporting difficult and defeating the purpose of the integration.

Expense tracking is another issue. Instead of being a core function, it’s locked behind a higher-tier plan that is both expensive and unnecessarily complex for what should be a straightforward feature.

Customer support has been consistently unhelpful, coming across as patronizing rather than solution-oriented. The sales process was equally disappointing, with features represented in a way that did not align with the actual product once implemented.

Overall, Jobber prioritizes polish over practicality and does not deliver the operational basics many service businesses rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Krista Lai of Jobber

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We appreciate your recognizing the strengths of the mobile app and Client Hub, especially for managing recurring clients and multi-property relationships.

We also understand the frustration you’ve experienced around feature availability, integrations, expense tracking, and communication workflows. Your feedback on confirmation email detail visibility, Thumbtack job cost syncing, and plan-based feature limitations is incredibly valuable, as these operational workflows matter deeply to service businesses managing day-to-day efficiency and reporting.

We’re sorry to hear the support and sales experience did not meet your expectations. That’s certainly not the experience we want customers to have, and we appreciate your candor about where things felt misaligned after implementation.

If there’s anything we can do to help improve your experience or address some of these concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team at 1-888-721-1115 option 1 or support@getjobber.com.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and feedback with us.

"Efficient Field Service Management, Needs Customizable Permissions"
4/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

I like that Jobber is easy to use. It's pretty simple for techs to collect payment onsite, which is really convenient. Jobber is more robust compared to the software we used before. The initial setup was also easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

Techs can see all or nothing. Either they get access to too many sensitive items or not enough. Permissions need to be more customizable. Every element of Jobber from invoicing to notifications should have different permissions. We don't like that all techs get all visibility. Additionally, I would like some techs to see how much we are invoicing the customer and not other techs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great full service capabilities, looking forward to more AI customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jobber?

Jobber integrates scheduling, invoicing, and customer text messaging. It reduces the need for multiple systems and subscriptions, making operations simpler. The customer portal allows both the customer and the business to see past, current, and future visits all in one place. The app for crews in the field adds visibility across the whole team for jobs today and their upcoming schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

AI Receptionist needs to be customizable, trained to our business, not a quirky one-size-fits-all. Wish we could use our dedicated phone number for outbound calls. The online booking doesn't let customers pick their crew or book with a crew of 2 cleaners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
