Regarding downsides, I can genuinely not think of any. The software is updated promptly, and its support is unparalleled. It's trippy. There are a few candidates who appear duplicated but cannot find in the duplicates to merge. Therefore when I attempt to delete the other profile, it rejects (moves to To Be Rejected) the surviving profile instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few functions that don't work well for our business; the integration with Xero doesn't work for multiple invoices on one job which is something we require (eg for retained work). I would love for the client side of JA to match the UI that the candidates have - it was freshened up about 2 years ago but we are still waiting on the client side to be brought up to speed. It can initially be overwhelming understanding how to best use the platform as some areas aren't intuitive i.e. if you want to create a template to send a candidate about a role, you can't do it from the candidate profile area, you need to go into the admin area to create this.

Also if you want to change an interview time and have it linked to your calendar, it won't auto-update this rescheduled interview, you have to go in and create a new interview i.e. can't edit interviews that have been scheduled with your client already.

1. No integration with Linkedin yet, and that's where we get a higher quality of candidates to apply.

2. I wouldn't say I like that we can't use the same screening questions across all job ads. For example, SEEK has screening questions, but we can't choose them for our website applications.
