My only drawback or concern is around the initial cost of the unit and the ongoing monthly cost. We find it very ghelpful for room management and avoiding double booking and especialy ownership over double booking. That helped everyone starting to really book the meeting rooms. **What do you dislike about Joan?** We only have 2. We should have one for every meeting room. We use one for the electric scooter, but that is less useful as it is already gone when you need it (even though you booked it :/ ). **What problems is Joan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doouble booking and ownership over double boking .
