This is a very lightweight tool and they've added more in-office focused features recently. It seemed straightforward to implement but difficult to make significant updates once all of your information is there. I think this would be better suited to companies with static schedules, less travel and fewer offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Joan? It is not intuitive. It is difficult to make changes and even harder to get folks to use it since everything is so manual. We also haven't been able to update to the office owner since the person who initially set this up left, customer service has not given us much of an option here. Integrations don't work as expected or aren't a good fit for our workforce. I really miss makeoffices and wish we had gone with Envoy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
