Enhanced our GL system by adding modules and training staff. These modules automated routine functions and freed up staff time for other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We have primary contacts but there are many other staff at JMT who can step in to answer questions if our contact is out in the field. They offer many other programs that could integrate with our GL, but don't push them if they aren't right for us. Cloud based customer service is very responsive. What do you dislike?

I see no downsides to using JMT. We could never afford the expertise on staff. With JMT we get that expertise and more for a fraction of the cost of an FTE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

In March 2020, the host platform for PPSO's accounting software was hacked. Even though JMT was itself affected by this problem, they did everything they could to keep customers advised of the situation and progress getting us back up and running and, when a new platform was available, they worked tirelessly to bring PPSO back online.
