Recommendations to others considering JMP:
JMP has truly revolutionized how I do research, and I use it as a one-stop shop: data collection and curation, distributions, t-tests and ANOVAs, experimental design, multivariate statistics, figure-making, machine-learning, predictive modeling, and other platforms. I've been using approaches that have long been the domain of engineers (e.g., desirability analyses) to instead bio-engineer organisms and ecosystems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is JMP solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a coral reef researcher using the power of JMP to answer critical questions about the fates, longevity, and resilience of these emperiled, high-biodiversity ecosytems. Recently, this has involved a deep dive into machien learning, though I use a good 70% of the software package (JMP Pro specifically). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
