"Long term user, very satisfied."
4/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

We've been using Jitterbit in production for several years and have nothing but positive experience with it. On the one occasion we've needed support (log4j mitigation) the team was available and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

No downsides to report other than it's a paid service rather than free -- but you do get what you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solution is good but..."
0.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The solution worked fine for most of our needs, once I had a good grasp on it. Support WAS always helpful, even when I tested their knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

While they have evolved the solution to support EDI, Message Queueing, and API integrations, they have not evolved the day-to-day data integration side, making data transformation easier with different data types or continuing support for the desktop Design component on Mac computers.

Unfortunately, the people who cared about managing partnerships have left the company. The organization's spirit is not customer-first anymore, and this has led our company in a different direction. Their leadership seemed to think that losing a customer, especially a small one, was something the equity firm that now manages them would not lose sleep over. This is sad because we had a good four-year run with them and are on the verge of expanding and utilizing more of the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alyssa LaRosa of Jitterbit

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re pleased to hear Harmony works well for most of your needs, and our support team provided helpful assistance. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate the feedback. We invite you to reach out to our product team at product@jitterbit.com to discuss the forthcoming support for Design Studio on the latest versions of Mac OS.

We value all our customers, regardless of size, and strive to maintain strong partnerships. While personnel changes are inevitable, our commitment to delivering exceptional service remains. We thank you for your four-year partnership and hope to have the opportunity to address your concerns and explore ways to better serve your evolving needs.

"Exceptional tool for delivering digital business solutions, quickly"
5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The data-centric development approach to Vinyl development makes it easy for business experts with technical saavy to implement solutions easily. Vinyl makes every single part of the SDLC easy and fun. The consultants at Jitterbit set an unprecedented bar of professionalism and expertise. I've learned so much working alongside their consultants- not only about software solutions, but about how to deeply listen to stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

No code branching or source control makes selling it to IT Leadership challenging. From a developer perspective though, it is rarely an issue, given how easy Vinyl is to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All your integration needs with a cloud platform and a support team that has your back covered ..."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

1. Cloud based platform

2. Breadth of integration capabilities

3 Private agents IF needed to connect to those systems where there is no other option.

4. Pre-built connectors

5. Scalability

6. Ease of migrating from test to production

7. Customer Support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

1. Private agents should be used only if you really need them. If you can just stay with cloud based integrations, that is better.

2. There are a lot of options. You have to understand the trade-offs in picking the way you want to integrate with different systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alyssa LaRosa of Jitterbit

Anil, thank you for providing feedback on your experience with Jitterbit so far! We’re excited to hear you’ve found success automating processes with our platform.

"Vinyl is a powerful platform, with a few caveats"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Vinyl's secret sauce is its ability to connect to many different data connections and bring them into a single streamlined interface. Using one IDE for links to APIs, SFTP, Veeva, etc., has increased our speed and flexibility in delivering complex solutions.

The Vinyl model of unlimited Apps/unlimited users has also been great. It has given us the capability to deliver many great projects in Vinyl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Vinyl has a learning curve, but nothing is more extreme than any other platform. However, some features are not intuitive and are not always fully documented. In hotfixes and significant upgrades to the platform, there have been changes to features/controls in the IDE that weren't communicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alyssa LaRosa of Jitterbit

It's fantastic to hear that our low-code application development platform has increased your speed and flexibility, as well as our pricing structure allowing for agile and scalable development. We appreciate your feedback on documentation challenges and want to reassure you that we're continuously improving our resources. We have also improved our processes for communicating changes to Vinyl with our 3-week release cadences and detailed release notes, which you can find on Vinyl Success Central (Wiki) and our Community Forum.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you’d be interested in setting up a time to address specific questions you may have.
