Jitterbit simplifies the creation of integrations between multiple data points. We were able to start integreating data points the first day of implementation and have multiple integrations that run multiple times a day without issue. While the majority of the integrations can be created without an issue, the occasional integration may be more challenging, in those situations, JItterbit's support team is amazing and extremely supportive and helpful in resolving issues. I have worked with Jitterbit on multiple levels, first as a user, then the administrator, and now as the executive sponsor and at each level Jitterbit has delivered. Well it's gotten much better, but there was a time when creating and using the operations was a headache because sometimes the mapping would break, errors would be really hard to decifer, and it took a crazy amount of time for large projects.
