"Exceptional Scalability and Support That Empower Our Team"
4/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit serves as a robust communications hub, offering impressive scalability to handle varying workloads. For instance, we deploy multiple on-premise agents across several servers, which helps distribute the load efficiently. As a result, even during periods of heavy usage, response times remain strong. Additionally, Jitterbit provides web-based agents hosted on their platform, further enhancing scalability as demand increases.

The ETL functions and logic are both powerful and highly programmable, giving us the flexibility to implement complex processes as needed. In cases where operations fail—such as due to environmental issues like remote network file share or remote host problems—Jitterbit allows us to retry those failed operations. Our ETL processes are set up to automatically attempt a failed operation up to three times, and if it still does not succeed, an alert is sent to a designated group.

One aspect that has truly stood out to everyone on our team is the exceptional dedication of Jitterbit's support staff. They have consistently gone above and beyond, even staying with us for hours to resolve issues. This level of support has given us the confidence to experiment and try new things, knowing that Jitterbit’s team will be there to assist whenever we need help.

Robust documentation is easily accessible online.

They also have thorough training at their Jitterbit University website, making learning operation and development of Jitterbit easier.

Jitterbit has become a reliable and critical piece of our infrastructure that we depend on to ease communication between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

The pricing model is based mostly on how many endpoints the customer uses. So every time you add a new system the cost goes up. We've been using Jitterbit for several years and have added several systems to Jitterbit. What was once a modest investment has become much more significant. This has discouraged us from implementing Jitterbit in as many places as we could.

There was a steep learning curve in developing on Jitterbit and using their development platform, Jitterbit Studio. This can be mitigated with their online training, but it was tough going for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stability and reliability of the private agent. Updates have never been an issue, even the times when we have been lagging behind with the updates. It has just worked.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

The complexity of the UI and how the configuration is set up. It is complex but I guess it has to be when it can integrate with more or less anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
