"very good - the real problem is not 'in jitsi'"
3/5
What do you like best about Jitsi?

It's free, open source, as easy to use as anything else out there, if not easier. It's no encumbered by being associated with the big companies, and does not obsessively try to sell you all the nonsense that Zoom seems to be pushing on you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitsi?

The problem is that it is not well known enough - if others are not willing to trust it (because they do not know the name) or if they are not willing to try it (because learning another tool is just so difficult) then it is just very, very difficult to get adoption of it for use with everyone you might need to use it with.
