Dashboards make it easy for the executive team to check in w/ the financial information and related KPIs frequently. Creating report packages for different users is very easy. This product is a game changer, especially for a small business with limited resources. Would also be great for a CPA practice that provides accounting and reporting services for clients. The Jirav team is very hands-on and responsive. Specifically, Corey was instrumental in helping us set up our first 24-month projection model in Jirav and he is efficient, professional, helpful, and fast. We love working with him. After investing the time to use Jirav and learn the basics, it's now relatively easy for us to generate a full set of financial projections and make iterations on our first model. The reporting section is simple to customize once a financial model is in place. Jirav definitely has a learning curve and it would probably be best utilized by an in-house full time person at an organization that has the capacity to continually update it. Specifically, it is time consuming to learn the drivers and how they work, and learn some of the nuances of the software such as the staffing table and how to best use it efficiently. We also encountered some challenges when using Jirav such as maintenance to the software while we were using it, although it sounds like this should not be an issue in the future. Lastly, our company's leadership team/investors need to be able to review a financial model in google sheets so we had to spend a lot of time exporting Jirav reports to excel/csv and then back into google sheets, it would be nice if there was a simpler way to do this. I'm a BIG fan of Jirav. I love that the platform was quick and easy to connect to my financial systems and now auto-populates my plan with actuals. Running budget-to-actual and plan-to-plan comparisons takes a fraction of the time compared to the spreadsheets I've been running for the last 25 years. I can literally produce reports in minutes that used to take hours if not days. The power of Jirav reveals itself more and more the longer you use it. When the client wants an Excel version of their financial model (typically to share with prospective investors), what is exported to Excel is just a snap-shot of the database; it isn't a functional Excel model.
