I like how it was structured between Dashboards, Plan, and Report. Creating reports at a couple of clicks of a button was incredibly helpful. Compared to other systems I tried, I could trust the data. We had a fantastic implementation specialist who made a world of difference in setting up the system. While there was a workaround, the staffing forecasting left something to be desired. We have historically assigned a bonus percentage to each individual, and the only option to calculate bonus was at the department level. It just adds another step that I think is unnecessary. A great online assistance with a very comprehensive tutoring. Very professional team, always available. Many possible financial simulations are possible thanks to the flexibility of the drivers' editing tool. This platform is a great financial assistant. Well done! When exporting a report in Excel format, it would be very helpful to have the formulaes in the cell in order to tweak the data around. I would like to be able to make forecasts beyond the 3 years available. (I've been asked, by an investor, to provide a 5 years forecast which I wasn't able to do with the online platform). The interlinked financial pages for the Income statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement eradicates potential data processing mistakes. The implementation was fairly painless, and the UX is excellent - better than most other reporting tools that exist today. Syncing between your accounting software and Jirav is super easy for members of the finance team. Jirav is not the most sophisticated tool my team has used. It gets the job done but lacks some level of analysis. I'm still new to Jirav, but I've been impressed with the software since day 1. It's simple to use, intuitive, and solves my problems as a small business owner (with a full time job on top of the business). Managing has become easier because of Jirav. Additionally, the support and customer service from my team has been nothing short of phenomenal. They are always extremely giving up their time and patience with me while I learn this new system. In full transparency, I had to take some time away from my implementation due to family needs, and my Jirav team was nothing short of excited when I was able to re-engage. The only thing that's been traveling to me has been some of the connectivity issues between my bank in QuickBooks that then affect Jirav. Prior to using the system, I was managing my financial planning and analysis through excel. Anybody who is build a budget from scratch and excel knows how problematic this is and Jirav solve this very quickly. They also come with mandated staffing ratios. Before Jirav, we could never accurately forecast or scenario plan. It required complex spreadsheets with functions that broke easily as multiple people worked on the sheet. The more complicated your business, the greater the learning curve. That being said, Jirav's onboarding and support team are with you every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Jirav solving and how is that benefiting you? We could never forecast cash flow previously, due to our complicated revenue model and mandated staffing ratios. Budgeting was also difficult, with an 11-tab spreadsheet that "broke" easily and did not allow for scenario planning.
