As someone who uses JIRAV every day, I like the simplicity of drivers and layout options, as well as the customizability. The layout of categories, sub-categories, and so on is easy to navigate and understand, and makes for a straightforward budget and presentation tool. The customer suppport is easy to contact and quick to respond as well. The integration with Excel, Sheets, NetSuite and many other native connecters makes implementing this software a breeze. It lets us plan for the next year easily, by creating budgets and comparing them against last year's budget, performance, or even another hypothetical budget. Our Finance team accesses Jirav every day to create financial assumptions and deliver leadership reports. I have been most impressed with the customer service, having been assigned an incredible Account Manager. The AM made integration easy and is extremely responsive and efficient. Jirav offers an all-in-one solution for reporting. 3 statement models are part of the reporting with little effort on our end. What do you dislike about Jirav? There's nothing I dislike about Jirav. As far as opportunities for enhancement, it could expand it's already fairly robust suite of integrations. The connected sheet is great for flexibility and it's very helpful to have the implementation specialist set it up, though there's an opportunity to make that process easier for self-serve capabilities. It's simple to model various scenarios and compare them to facilitate business decisions, and it's been a game changer in terms of analytics and reporting for both the board and management team that allow us to make data-driven strategic decisions. We use Jirav for monthly reports for the management team and quarterly board reports, and the publishing feature makes it easy to socialize reports and receive comments from both internal and external stakeholders. Jirav customer and implementation support has been great. They're incredibly transforming your desired reporting into a Jirav dashboard. Though if you don't yet have a set reporting structure, implementation will be smoothest if your internal team has a basic knowledge of financial reporting and how tech systems work. I used Jirav at my last company and recommended it be implemented at the current company. I've been very pleased with how it's allowed me to perform detailed financial reporting as a COO without prior CFO experience, and I would definitely recommend Jirav to startups in their growth phase. We were in the market to implement an FP&A tool to enable us to make confident planning decisions by upgrading our budgeting, forecasting and reporting suite. I have been using Jirav for ~ 12 months and I can confidently say it has saved significant hours and enabled us to take our FP&A function to the next level. Our internal reporting is significantly better enabling us to set comprehensive budgets and assist in achieving these budgets. The implementation team were excellent throughout the whole process, really getting to understand how our business works in older to customise the Jirav model in a way that allows us for accurate forecasting. Customer support has been great throughout the process with quick response times for report updates where needed. Jirav is now very well embedded into our tech stack and we would be lost without it. Integrations with our accounting software & CRM model is also extremely valuable, allowing for quick updates when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jirav? I wouldn't call this a key dislike however a challenge has been the steep learning curve to understand how to best utilise the software. The team have been great with assisting to push through the learning curve and once fully up to speed using the software is great. UX/UI is an area where improvement is needed however Jirav are targeting these improvements as part of their product roadmap. These reports are enabling our business to make better financial decisions in order to reach our goals. Jirav has worked amazingly well in transitioning from Excel reporting and budgeting models to a clean, robust, and efficient cloud-based method to handle department level reporting and budgeting. We have been very impressed with the technical capabilities of the product, excellent (and available) customer service, and responsiveness and frequency of product updates. There is a setup period and learning curve, although nothing too big. Making the product more 'plug-and-play' would be an upgrade, as long it doesn't limit capabilities. The customer support throughout the sales and implementation process has been outstanding. The Jirav teams really takes their customers' needs seriously and provides top notch service. The report building aspect is great. If you build a report, you can use it recurringly without touching it.
