## Jira Reviews
  ### 1. Legacy software for Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I particularly like Jira's AI-powered features, such as AI-generated issue summaries and assistance with creating or refining tickets, which help reduce manual effort. The improved Dashboards and Atlassian Analytics also provide better visibility into sprint progress, team workload, and project health. Another useful enhancement is the expanded Automation capabilities, allowing more complex no-code rules to automate repetitive tasks like issue assignment, status transitions, and notifications, helping teams save time and maintain consistent workflows.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Filter creation and saving it with permission is very complex. Their is no proper guide on making automation rules.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Features like customisable workflows, backlog prioritisation, and agile boards help our team precisely track tasks, bugs, and stories throughout the software lifecycle. It allows easy assignment and transparency of work, clearly highlighting dependencies and blockers during sprint cycles. Additionally, Jira’s integration with GitHub, Jenkins, and Slack provides real-time updates, ensuring our QA, development, and product teams stay aligned. This has significantly improved our release predictability, reduced miscommunication, and increased overall efficiency.

  ### 2. Jira Keeps Our ML Experiments Organized and Cross-Functional Work Aligned

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal K. | ML Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira helps me to organize experiments, track model development and coordinate with cross functional teams, i create tasks for dataset preprocessing , model training and evaluation and assign substasks for hyperparameter tuning , features engineering or testing, the ability to attach, datasets, experiment logs or notebook directly to Jira ticket keeps all related files in one place, integration with Google workspace allows me to link docs or sheets with experimental results and share them with client seamlessly. sprint boards and kanban view makes it easy to monitor ML pipeline progress , track blockers and plan next steps for model development. its our daily drive tool in workflow. we use Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Gemini daily.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

sometimes Jira feels heavy for small experiments ,. creating multiple subtasks for iterative ML experiments can be slightly cumbersome, advance automation features require setup and occasionally third party plugins.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves coordination and tracking problems across ML workflows, instead of tracking experiments and tasks manually, i can see the status of each dataset, model and evaluation in one centralized system, it improves team collaboration , reduces miscommunication between ML engineers, data engineers and product teams, and ensures timely completion of milestones, tasks and blockers are visible, making sprint planning and progress monitoring much more structured. it is indispensable for managing ML projects with multiple moving parts, it enhances accountability, keep documentation and datasets organized and streamlines collaboration between data ,ML and product teams, while it can be slightly heavy for small experiments, the benefits far outweigh the minor setup complexities.

  ### 3. Jira Makes Work Tracking and Progress Visibility Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Althaf P. | Associate System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like most about Jira is how easy it makes it to track work in one place. I can quickly see who’s working on what, what’s still pending, and what’s already completed, without having to chase people for updates. The Scrum and Kanban boards make it straightforward to visualize progress at a glance, and the workflow customization is especially helpful when you need the tool to match how your team actually works.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

What I dislike about Jira is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. It offers a lot of features and configuration options, which can make it seem complicated to set up at first and sometimes harder to navigate.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira helps solve the problem of scattered communication and unclear task ownership. Instead of tracking work through emails or chat messages, everything is centralized in one system with clear statuses and accountability.

This benefits me by giving better visibility into project progress, helping prioritize tasks, and reducing confusion about deadlines or responsibilities. It makes collaboration more structured and efficient.

  ### 4. Clear Kanban Overview and Efficient Sprint Planning with Jira

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilva M. | UX designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I really like Jira, especially the Kanban board, because it provides a clear overview of task statuses and overall progress. It helps the team easily understand priorities and quickly identify bottlenecks.

The sprint planning feature is structured and efficient, making it easier to organize workload and plan tasks according to team capacity.

Overall, Jira is a great tool for organizing tasks, maintaining transparency, and supporting a structured workflow.

Sometimes it's down and we can't access our tasks, but it happens rarly.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Sometimes it goes down and we can’t access our tasks, but it happens rarely. Also, the UI seems overloaded with features. Maybe Jira should think about better segmentation: if I’m a product designer, I don’t need all the advanced features.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sprint planning feature is well structured and efficient, which makes it easier to organize the workload and plan tasks based on the team’s capacity.

Overall, Jira is a strong tool for organizing tasks, maintaining transparency, and supporting a structured workflow across the team.

  ### 5. Highly Effective Agile Project Management with Transparent Task Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANANDA D. | Software Engineering Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira is a highly effective project management and issue tracing platform, particularly well suited for software development teams. Its most valuable feature is the ability to create pirortize, and track tasks with complete transparency across the team. The platform offers robust Agile support, including sprint planning, backlog management, and detailed reporting dashboards that provide clear visibility into project progress. Additionally, Jira's customizable workflows and integration capabilities make it adaptable to various business needs. while the initial setup and learning curve can be challenging for new users , it delivers strong long term value of teams managing complex or large scale projects.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Jira's interface can be overwhelming for beginners, and the initial setup requirs time and technical understanding.
It has a steep learning curve, customization can become complicated, performance may slow with heavy configurations, and pricing increase as the team grows.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira helps solve key business problems such as lack of task visibility, poor projrct tracking and inefficient team coordination, It centralizes all tasks , bugs, and project updates in one platform, improving transparency and accoutability. Jira also supports Agile planning, sprint management, and performace reporting, which helps teams meet deadlines, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity. By stresmlining workflows and providing real time insights, it enables better decision making and more efficient project delivery.

  ### 6. Custom Dashboards & Story Point Estimation Make Multi-Project Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepa Sree K. | Software Engineer, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Specialized dashboards can be created, which makes it easier to view information in the way I need. Effort can be estimated using story points and QA points, helping with planning and tracking. It also supports handling multiple projects in one place, which is convenient for managing work across teams or initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

By default, Jira tends to spam your inbox for every tiny change. If someone so much as breathes on your ticket, you get an email. Fixing that means diving into “Notification Schemes,” which is a real headache.

Search is also split into “Basic” and “Advanced.” The basic search is often surprisingly bad at finding specific text, which ends up forcing you to learn JQL just to track down a ticket someone mentioned in a meeting.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can set up "If/Then" rules without knowing how to code. For example: "If a developer moves a ticket to 'Done', automatically notify the QA lead and tag it for the next release."

  ### 7. Boosts Team Efficiency with Clear Work Tracking, Dashboards, and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash P. | Associate Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

It helps our team organize work efficiently by creating user stories, tasks, and bugs, and assigning them to the right team members with clear priorities and deadlines. Jira also provides good visibility through dashboards and reports, which helps in tracking progress, identifying blockers, and improving overall team collaboration. Additionally, its integration with other tools makes it easier to manage workflows, maintain transparency, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

One aspect I dislike about Jira is that it can sometimes feel overly complex for simple tasks. The flexibility of workflows, fields, and configurations is powerful, but it often requires significant setup and ongoing maintenance, which can slow down teams that need quick execution.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of scattered communication and unstructured work tracking by providing a single platform where all tasks, bugs, and requirements are centrally managed. It helps ensure that nothing is missed by clearly defining ownership, priorities, and timelines for every activity.

  ### 8. Boosts Team Coordination with Intuitive Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourav C. | Information Systems Security - Masters Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I find Jira simple and easy to use, especially for tracking individual and team work. I appreciate creating scrum boards and managing sprints along with seeing the graphs and metrics like velocity charts after sprints. I also like the integration with Slack and GitHub which allows branches and PRs to be tracked directly and keep notifications and emails organized. Connecting and interacting with the team through comments is very straightforward and the UI has all the options needed for efficient sprint management. Additionally, the integration with Jira Service Management for alerts and features like calendar, backlog and timeline add to its usefulness. The new co-pilot auto PR generation is something I really like as well even though I've just started using it. The setup was smooth with no complexity.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Sometimes the PR's or branches we create don't get tracked automatically or updates late. Would be better if an option to manually add a branch or PR can be added instead of relying completely on the Jira ticket id.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira helps us track individual and team work, manage sprints with easy-to-use scrum boards, and resolve tickets efficiently. We can see completed and pending tasks in one place and integrate with Slack, GitHub for seamless communication and updates.

  ### 9. Powerful, Feature-Rich JIRA That Streamlines Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashoo J. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

As a regular user, I find JIRA to be a solid tool for managing projects and tracking work. It’s fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it, although there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. The implementation process is straightforward, especially with the available documentation and templates to guide you.

I use it daily, and it offers a wide range of features that support everything from simple task tracking to more complex workflows. It also makes collaboration within the team much smoother, since it’s easier to stay aligned on what’s in progress and what’s coming next. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that fits well into most development and project management setups.

The Kanban-style board, in particular, makes it very easy to track activities and keep work moving. It also integrates well with Microsoft Teams, where we can share tickets and quickly view short descriptions without having to switch contexts.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

At times, it feels overly complex and heavy, especially when I’m working on simple projects. It also depends on admin support even for small changes, which can slow teams down and make quick adjustments harder than they need to be.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of tracking work, priorities, and progress in one central place, and it helps me manage tasks, bugs, and changes clearly across teams. Having everything in a single hub makes it easier to stay organized and keep work moving forward without losing visibility into what matters most.

  ### 11. Brings Clarity and Transparency to Team Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay V. | software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like most about Jira is how it brings clarity to work that usually feels messy. When many people are working on the same project, things can easily get confusing, but Jira keeps everything organized in one place. You know what needs to be done, who is working on it, and what is already completed. Another great thing is how flexible Jira is. You can use it for software tasks. bug tracking, or even non-technical work like planning, operations, or support tickets. It doesn't force one fixed way of working, which makes it easy to adjust based on how the team prefers to operate. I also like the visibility Jira provides. Even without asking anyone, I can quickly see project progress, blockers, and deadlines. This saves a lot of back-and-forth communication and makes planning much smoother. Over time, this transparency builds trust within the team.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

One thing I dislike about Jira is that it can feel overwhelming at the beginning. There are many options, settings, and features, and for a new user it takes some time to understand where everything is. Without proper setup, the tool can feel heavier than needed. Another downside is that Jira can become cluttered if tasks are not managed properly; too many fields, comments, or workflows can make simple tasks feel complicated. This usually happens when teams overcustomize instead of keeping things simple. Also, for smaller teams or simple projects, Jira may feel like more than what is required. It works best when there is clear discipline in how tasks are created and updated. Otherwise, it can turn into extra instead of saving time.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of unstructured work and lack of visibility. in many teams, tasks are shared through chats, emails, or meetings, and things get forgotten or delayed. Jira creates a single source of truth where all work lives, so nothing slips through the cracks. It also solves the issue of poor accountability. With Jira, every task has an owner, a status, and a timeline. This makes responsibilities clear and reduces confusion about who is doing what. As a result, work moves forward more consistently. For me the biggest benefit is better planning and less stress. I don't need to remember everything in my head or constantly follow up with people. Jira shows progress clearly and helps me focus on the most important task first. Over time, this leads to smoother execution, better collaboration, and more predictable results. Jira helps reduce miscommunication between team members. Instead of a long chat thread or unclear emails, everything related to a task is written in one place. This makes instruction, updates, and decisions easy to track later. It solves the problem of unclear priorities. When everything feels urgent, work becomes stressful. Jira helps arrange tasks by priority so you know exactly what needs attention now and what can wait. Jira improves long-term tracking and history. You can look back at old tasks, decisions, and timelines to understand what worked and what didn't. This is very helpful for planning future projects more realistically. It reduces dependency on constant meetings. Since progress is visible in Jira, teams don't need frequent calls just to ask for updates. This saves time and allows people to focus more on actual work. Jira supports better collaboration across teams. Developers, testers, managers, and stakeholders can all see the same information in one system, even if they work differently. This creates alignment and fewer misunderstandings. It solves the issue of work overload. By clearly showing how much work is assigned to each person, Jira helps balance workloads and prevents burnout caused by hidden or untracked tasks. Jira brings structure, predictability, and confidence to daily work. You feel more in control because you know what's coming next, what is blocked, and what has been completed, making work calmer and more organized.

  ### 12. Powerful Customization for Dev Teams, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian P. | QA Engineer Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira's customizable workflows have been essential for our team. We've tailored our board to match our actual development process - from code review to QA to deployment - which keeps everyone on the same page. I particularly appreciate the ability to create custom filters; I have one that shows all my assigned issues across projects, which saves me time every morning.

The integration with Confluence and GitHub works seamlessly in our workflow. When I commit code, the Jira ticket updates automatically, and our documentation links from Confluence appear right in the ticket. Sprint planning is straightforward with drag-and-drop prioritization, and the velocity charts have helped us estimate more accurately over the past six months.

The reporting dashboards give our PM visibility without constant status meetings. I can see at a glance how many bugs are in our current sprint versus feature work.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

The learning curve for new team members is steep. Our last hire took about two weeks to feel comfortable navigating Jira, and I still find myself explaining how to use JQL queries. The interface feels cluttered - there are so many options and menus that finding specific settings takes longer than it should.

Performance slows noticeably when I search across all projects or load boards with 200+ issues. Sometimes page loads take 5-10 seconds, which disrupts workflow.

The permission system is confusing. Setting up proper access for contractors required our admin to spend hours configuring role-based permissions. Our paid plan costs have also increased significantly as we've grown past 50 users.

The mobile app is barely usable - I can view tickets but editing or updating them is clunky compared to desktop.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira eliminated the chaos of tracking work across multiple spreadsheets and email threads. Before Jira, we'd lose track of bug reports and feature requests - now everything is centralized and searchable.

Our customized workflow ensures tickets go through proper code review and QA stages, which has reduced bugs making it to production. Sprint planning tools help us commit to realistic workloads; we've become much better at estimating since we can see historical velocity data.

The GitHub integration provides traceability - I can see which commits fixed which bugs, and during retrospectives, we can trace issues back to their origin. This accountability has improved our code quality.

Real-time visibility means our product manager checks the board instead of interrupting us with status questions. The burndown charts and sprint reports help us identify bottlenecks early. Last quarter, we noticed our QA phase was consistently taking longer than expected, which led us to add another QA resource.

  ### 13. Robust, Customizable Jira That Streamlines Project Tracking and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu V. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira is a robust platform for managing projects and tracking tasks effectively. Its customizable workflows make it easy for our team to tailor the system to their specific needs and processes. The ability to integrate with a variety of development tools also helps streamline work and boost productivity. In addition, Jira’s reporting features provide useful insights that support better planning and follow-up. Overall, it feels like a comprehensive solution for software development teams.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

While it’s a robust tool, its complexity can be a real hurdle for some users. The extensive feature set is undeniably powerful, but it may come with a steep learning curve for new teams getting started. Likewise, the wide range of customization options can sometimes result in intricate configurations that become difficult to manage over time. For smaller projects, it may end up feeling like an overly powerful solution for what’s actually needed.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines workflows and enhances team collaboration by providing a centralized hub to manage projects, tasks, and issues effectively. With robust tracking and reporting capabilities, it supports greater transparency and accountability across the team. This solution helps organizations improve productivity and deliver projects more efficiently, while keeping day-to-day work better organized. Ultimately, it contributes to a smoother, more structured, and more successful project execution process.

  ### 14. Essential for Streamlined Month-End Close and Audit Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swetha S. | Senior Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like best about Jira is the visibility it provides into daily close and reporting activities. It helps me clearly track assigned tasks, pending issues, and dependencies without relying on follow-ups or emails. During month-end close, Jira keeps work organized, improves coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensures nothing is missed, which reduces stress and improves turnaround time.
What I like best about Jira is its ease of use and ease of implementation, which made it quick to adopt within close cycles. I use it with high frequency of use to track reconciliations, issues, and deadlines. The strong number of features supports task tracking, workflows, and reporting, while its ease of integration with other tools improves coordination. Reliable customer support further helps resolve issues quickly, making Jira effective for daily RTR operations.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Logging simple reconciliation follow-ups or late journal entries sometimes required navigating multiple fields, issue types, and workflows designed more for IT or project teams. This added time to raise and close tickets, and in some cases led to parallel tracking in Excel or emails for urgent close items. While Jira is powerful, the lack of finance-specific templates can reduce efficiency in fast-paced RTR cycles.
It can feel complex and time-consuming for simple accounting tasks. The number of features, while useful, can be overwhelming and requires training to use effectively. Initial setup and workflow customization are not always intuitive, and occasional performance issues can slow work during peak close periods. Additionally, reliance on configurations means limited flexibility without admin support.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of tracking and managing tasks, reconciliations, and close activities in an organized and transparent way. It provides clear visibility into pending actions, dependencies, and deadlines, reducing missed items and delays. This benefits me by improving accountability, streamlining coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of month-end and reporting activities, ultimately making the close process more efficient and controlled.
During month-end close, when multiple reconciliation breaks, late journal entries, and intercompany mismatches arose across teams, Jira helped log each issue with clear ownership, priority, and timelines. Instead of chasing updates over emails or calls, I could track status in real time and maintain a documented trail of explanations and resolutions.

This benefited me by reducing follow-ups, improving accountability, and ensuring nothing critical was missed, especially during tight close deadlines and audit periods.

  ### 15. Flexible, Customizable Jira That Keeps Teams Organized and Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radhika R. | Full Stack developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira is great at keeping work organized, especially when multiple people are involved. I like how clearly it breaks down tasks, tickets and progress, so everyone knows what thy are working on and whats coming next. What i like best is the flexibility. You can customize workflows, boards and issue types to match how you team actually works instead of forcing a fixed process. It really helps with planning, tracking progress and staying aligned , especially in fast moving teams.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Jira can feel overwhelming, especially at the beginning. There are a lot of features, setting and configurations, which makes the learning curve pretty steep for new users. Another thing i dislike is that it can sometimes feel too complex for simple tasks. Creating or updating tickets can take more steps than expected and if workflows aren't set up well, things can get confusing. It is powerful, but it doesn't always feel lightweight or beginner friendly.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of keeping track of work across teams and projects. Instead of tasks, bugs and requests being scattered in spreadsheets, chats or personal to - do lists, everything gets organized in one central place with clear priorities and progress tracking. For me, that means i can easily see what needs to be done, what is in progress and what is blocked without having to chase people for updates. It also helps with planning sprints, assigning tasks, and tracking deadlines, which makes collaborations smoother and reduces misunderstandings. Overall, Jira brings structure and visibility to work that might otherwise feel chaotic.

  ### 16. Empowers Teams with Custom Workflows and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like best about Jira is that I can create projects, and whenever there is a new feature requirement, we can create a ticket for that task and assign it to specific teammates. We can also track the ticket status, and the workflow is fully customizable based on our process. In addition to that, Jira provides clear visibility into progress through boards, filters, and reports, which makes it easy to track sprint progress and identify blockers early. Another thing I like is the collaboration and documentation support. Comments, attachments, and activity history help keep all discussions and updates in one place, so nothing is missed.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

One thing I dislike about Jira is that when I first started using it, it felt very complex and overwhelming. The UI has a lot of options, and it takes time to understand how everything works. However, after using it daily, I got used to the interface. Another issue is that sometimes the drag-and-drop functionality for tickets is not very smooth, especially when boards have many columns or filters applied. In addition, Jira can feel heavy and slow at times, particularly on large projects with many tickets and custom fields. Also, too much customization can sometimes make workflows confusing, especially for new team members who are not familiar with the project setup.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of organizing, tracking, and managing work efficiently across teams, and it benefits me by giving clear visibility and control over the entire development lifecycle. When there is a new feature requirement, JIRA helps manage the status of that feature from start to end. First, I create a story, and inside that story, I create feature tickets and assign them to specific team members. Once assigned, the team member starts working on it.Jira allows us to define a custom status workflow, meaning we can control which status comes next. Team members update the status as work progresses, and after proper deployments in production, the ticket is marked as done or closed. If any issue is raised, the QA team creates a bug ticket and assigns it to the responsible team member. We can also set the priority of the ticket. High-priority issues are resolved immediately, while low-priority issues can be handled later. Using Jira, I can create sprints and add tasks to them. After sprint completion, we can clearly see the status of tasks, the percentage of work completed, and perform sprint analysis. Jira also allows adding estimated time and actual time on tickets, which helps track work duration and analyze task complexity and efforts. in each ticket we can add detailed descriptions, Figma links, and comments We can tag other team members in comments so they receive notifications and can respond quickly. Also Jira provides reports like burndown charts and velocity reports, which help analyze team performance and improve future sprint planning; it maintains a complete history of tickets, making it easy to track changes, decisions, and accountability over time.

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like most about Jira is how well it handles complex workflows. It’s very flexible when it comes to creating issues, tracking progress, and managing sprints. Once things are set up properly, it gives clear visibility into what’s being worked on, what’s blocked, and what’s coming next, which is really helpful for cross-functional teams.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

The biggest downside for me is that Jira can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. There are a lot of settings, fields, and options, and it’s easy to get lost if you’re not familiar with it. Sometimes performance can also feel a bit slow, particularly on large projects with many tickets.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of managing work at scale. Instead of tracking tasks across emails, spreadsheets, or chats, everything lives in one system with clear ownership and status. This benefits me by improving accountability, reducing confusion, and helping teams stay aligned. It makes planning, execution, and follow-ups much more structured and predictable.

  ### 18. Powerful Management with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I appreciate how Jira allows me to see which stories or tasks are assigned to me and helps visualize the current task status. The Jira board is also helpful for managing epics, sprints, bugs, and backlogs very easily. I like that it gives product managers everything they need to describe product requirements, and they can even add documents and videos to stories.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

The UI is a bit complicated. There are multiple things that may not be required for a particular project, but they stay present on the screen, leaving it up to you whether you want to use them or not. As a basic user, I need super simple options to manage my work and visibility of tasks assigned.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Jira, I can easily see the tasks assigned to me, visualize their status, and manage epics, sprints, bugs, and backlogs without hassle.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajat A. | SDET, Gambling & Casinos, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I have been using Jira regularly as part of my day-to-day work for managing bugs, test tasks, and sprint activities in an Agile environment. The biggest advantage is how well Jira supports the complete workflow—from creating user stories and tasks to logging defects and tracking them through different statuses.

As a QA, I find it very useful for linking bugs to user stories, adding detailed reproduction steps, attaching screenshots or logs, and collaborating directly with developers and product owners. The dashboards, filters, and JQL queries help me quickly track open defects, retesting status, and sprint progress without manual follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Jira can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users, because of the number of configuration options and screens. Sometimes simple actions take multiple clicks, and performance can slow down when projects have a large number of issues or custom fields. Reporting customization also requires some learning, particularly when using advanced JQL.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of managing work, bugs, and priorities across cross-functional teams. Before using Jira, tracking issues through emails or spreadsheets often led to missed updates and unclear ownership. With Jira, every task and defect has clear assignees, priorities, and statuses, which improves accountability.

For QA work, it ensures proper visibility of bugs, smooth communication with developers, and better sprint planning. It also helps maintain a clear testing history and audit trail, which is useful during regression cycles and release sign-offs.

  ### 21. Brings Clarity and Structure to Complex Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** gihan a. | Associate Consultant Business Analyst | Product Owner - FusionX, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like best about Jira is that it brings clarity and structure to complexity.

As a Product Owner, Jira gives me a single, reliable place to translate strategy into execution—epics into stories, ideas into deliverables. It makes work visible, traceable, and measurable, which is critical when you’re managing multiple teams, releases, and dependencies.

What stands out most is:

End-to-end traceability from requirements to delivery

Clear ownership and accountability through workflows and statuses

Real-time visibility into progress, risks, and blockers

The flexibility to adapt Jira to different teams without forcing one rigid way of working

In short, Jira works best when things are messy. It helps me stay in control, make informed decisions, and keep delivery aligned with business value—not just activity.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

What I dislike about Jira, from a Product Owner perspective, is that its flexibility can easily turn into complexity and overhead.

Jira can become heavy if it’s over-customized—too many fields, workflows, and statuses end up slowing teams down instead of helping them move faster. Instead of focusing on value delivery, people start managing the tool.

I also find that Jira sometimes rewards process compliance over real progress. A ticket can look “green” while the actual outcome is still unclear or blocked outside the system.

And reporting, while powerful, often needs constant tuning to stay meaningful—otherwise dashboards become noise rather than insight.

In short, Jira is incredibly strong, but without discipline and product thinking, it can drift from being a delivery enabler to a process burden.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a Product Owner perspective, this benefits me in very concrete ways:

It gives end-to-end visibility from idea → epic → story → release, so nothing critical slips through.

It enforces clear ownership and accountability, reducing ambiguity across teams.

It helps me prioritize based on impact and capacity, not just urgency.

It supports predictable delivery through sprint planning, tracking, and release management.

It enables fact-based conversations with stakeholders using real data instead of assumptions.

Overall, Jira allows me to spend less time chasing updates and more time steering the product, managing risk, and ensuring the team is delivering real business value.

  ### 33. Jira Delivers Strong Visibility and Control for Complex Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like most about Jira is the visibility and control it gives us when managing complex work. Being able to customize workflows, issue types, and fields means we can shape Jira around our real delivery process, rather than forcing teams to fit a rigid structure. The dashboards and reports also make it straightforward to monitor sprint progress, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, which has improved planning and cut down on follow-up meetings. On top of that, integrations with tools like Confluence and Git repositories help keep documentation, code, and delivery status aligned in one place.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

What I dislike about Jira is its complexity and steep learning curve, especially for non-technical users. Even basic tasks such as configuring workflows, fields, or permissions often require admin support, which can slow teams down. Over time, Jira instances can also become cluttered with too many custom fields and issue types, making navigation and reporting more difficult. In larger environments, performance may degrade as well. Streamlining configuration, improving performance at scale, and making common admin tasks easier to handle would significantly improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Jira, our work was scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and meetings. That made it hard to understand ownership, priorities, and blockers in real time, and it often required extra follow-ups just to get a clear status. Jira addressed this by giving us a centralized place to track tasks, dependencies, and progress across teams. As a result, we have clearer accountability, stronger sprint planning, and more dependable delivery timelines. The reporting and dashboards also reduce the need for manual status updates and follow-up meetings, which saves time and helps us execute more smoothly overall.

  ### 34. Jira’s Flexible Workflows and Reporting Make Project Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pavan T. | Senior Staff Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like most about Jira is its flexibility and the depth of its workflow customization. It lets teams build workflows that genuinely reflect how they work, rather than forcing everyone into a rigid structure. From sprint planning and backlog grooming to tracking bugs and day-to-day tasks, Jira keeps work transparent, easy to follow, and well organized.

Its reporting tools—especially burndown charts, sprint reports, and dashboards—are very useful for monitoring progress and spotting bottlenecks early. I also value how smoothly Jira integrates with tools like Confluence, Teams, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines, which helps collaboration stay seamless across both development and business teams.

Scalability is another major strength. Jira can support a small team just as effectively as a large organization running multiple projects at once. The permission settings and role-based access controls are also helpful for maintaining structure and clarity as teams grow.

Overall, Jira delivers strong visibility, customization, and integration, making project management more efficient, more structured, and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

One of Jira’s biggest challenges is its learning curve. Even though it’s extremely powerful and flexible, it can feel overwhelming for new users at first—especially when they’re trying to understand workflows, custom fields, permissions, and overall project configuration.

The interface can also come across as cluttered, particularly in larger organizations where there are lots of customizations. Over time, an excess of custom fields, statuses, or workflows can end up making projects harder to manage rather than simplifying them.

Performance is another occasional pain point, especially with large backlogs or more complex JQL queries. On top of that, setting up advanced automations or building certain reports may require admin-level knowledge, which can slow teams down if they don’t have a dedicated Jira administrator.

That said, many of these issues are more about how Jira is configured than the tool itself. With the right setup, standards, and ongoing governance, a lot of these drawbacks can be reduced.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira addresses the problem of fragmented task tracking and limited visibility across teams. Before we started using Jira, updates were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and chat messages, which made it hard to understand ownership, priorities, and deadlines at a glance.

With Jira, tasks, bugs, and user stories are centralized in a single system. That added structure improves transparency—everyone can see what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s completed. It also reduces miscommunication and strengthens accountability, since each item has a clear owner and an up-to-date status.

Jira also helps with sprint planning and backlog management. Tools like story point estimation, sprint boards, and burndown charts make it easier to plan realistically and track progress throughout the sprint. As a result, delivery becomes more predictable and the team can perform more consistently.

On top of that, Jira’s reporting and dashboards make it easier to spot bottlenecks early. From a management perspective, it provides real-time visibility into team capacity and overall project health, which supports better, faster decision-making.

Overall, Jira improves organization, collaboration, and delivery efficiency, helping the team ship work more predictably and with greater clarity.

**What do you like best about Jira?**

We rely heavily on Jira every day to manage our product tickets, as we follow Agile Methodology. As a software developer, I find it helpful for tracking, managing, and logging my engineering work, from gathering requirements all the way to deployment. I appreciate how easy it is to create sub-tasks, log working hours, add comments, and review ticket history. The ability to create multiple boards and customize workflows for different processes is also very useful. We use Jira to prioritize work, maintain sprints, and conduct retrospective meetings using the board. I also use ROVO AI to rewrite descriptions, generate text, and fix my phrases.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Jira is an industry-grade software with extensive integrations and specialized terminology. However, I feel there is a significant lack of awareness among developers about how to use it effectively. Often, people are unsure how to navigate the system and become confused by the processes involved. With so many attributes to fill in—both mandatory and optional fields—it can be overwhelming, and I think there should be a way to simplify these options. Additionally, when dealing with dependent tickets and relationships between them, managing everything can become quite hectic. I believe that having a visual diagram would be helpful, especially when handling complex relationships between tickets.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team uses the agile methodology and depends on Jira during our daily standup calls to discuss blockers, share updates on our work, and review upcoming tasks. This process benefits product managers, developers, QA, and the scrum master by helping them plan, track, and manage OKR items. It also plays a key role in keeping the team aligned, making sure everyone collaborates effectively to fulfill their individual responsibilities. We also use automations to pick up tickets that needs to be test on specific environments and maybe deployed using the ticket fields. We also have a board to track RCA items that causes product downtimes.

  ### 38. Feature-Rich Project Management with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gautam S. | Salesforce Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Its is the best Project Management Software I have used so far with lot of features and customization. Like for project management it has story tracking, time entries, reports on these, sprint wise segregation which helps us to follow agile practices. It can be integrated with a lot of products like github, slack, excel which we use in day to day activities.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

The UI of this app changes frequently like in every few months the whole UI is revamped which takes my effort to again find that tab. Also they have removed the my work item tab which used to show me all the tasks assigned to me.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamlessly helps us in tracking our client projects. Also by giving its access to client they are also able to track the sprint progress and help in priorities and depriorties stories.

  ### 39. Powerful Boards and Seamless Integrations for Effortless Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane Rachma K. | IT Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira stand out for its powerful kanban boards and scrum boards what work best for me in workflow visualization. The customization options are another real deal for example ,I liked that I can tailor boards and automation to fit almost any process.Great for visualizing projects ,assigning tasks and tracking progress in a way that keep team members on the same page. It's integration with other Atlassian platforms ge Confluence and Bitbucket is seamless and the reporting capabilities for example cumulative flow diagrams, velocity reports and burn-down charts gives deep insights for tracking progress and performance of projects.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

The initial set up of Jira needs a solid understanding of Jira's configuration options which for a new user can be overwhelming.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira provide transparent workflow. The ability to track projects in one place while maintaining complete visibility into tasks, deadlines and team responsibilities has greatly transformed how we work.

  ### 40. Unmatched Customization and Integration Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham P. | Software developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

The strongest advantage of Jira is how customizable and adaptable it is. Teams can modify workflows, screens, fields, and permissions to match exactly how their process works. Scrum teams benefit from its sprint boards, burndown charts, backlog grooming, and story point tracking. The ability to integrate with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, Confluence, and CI/CD systems makes Jira a central hub for planning and tracking work from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Jira's biggest drawback is its complexity. The interface can be dense, especially for new users who see many menus and configuration options. Setting up workflows, screens, and custom rules might require deep knowledge or admin support. If a workspace has been poorly configured over time, Jira can become cluttered with unnecessary issue types, long forms, and confusing statuses.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of unorganized project work. Without Jira, teams often rely on scattered information across tools like Excel sheets, emails, and chat threads, making it difficult to track responsibilities and deadlines. Jira provides a structured and transparent system where everyone knows what they are working on, deadlines are clear, priorities are visible, progress is measurable, and collaboration becomes easier. Managers get visibility into team capacity and project status, while contributors get clarity on their individual tasks.

  ### 41. Jira: The Team’s Memory Into Action

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sharath kumar N. | Senior engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira is basically the team’s memory.

People forget. Slack scrolls away. Meetings blur together. Jira remembers. It remembers why a task exists, who touched it last, what broke when, and what still isn’t done (even if everyone pretends otherwise). It takes vague ideas like “we should fix this someday” and turns them into something with a name, a status, and a very public sense of guilt.

Also, Jira doesn’t care about opinions. If it’s not in Jira, it doesn’t exist. If it is in Jira, it will eventually be dealt with. And it adapts to how your team actually works, not the other way around. You can shape workflows, statuses, and rules to match real processes. It keeps a clear trail from idea to release, so when something breaks or decisions get questioned, the history is right there. Everyone—devs, QA, product, and managers—sees the same work with shared visibility. It supports Agile naturally with boards, sprints, and backlogs, and it connects smoothly with tools like Git, Confluence, Slack, and CI/CD, so work stays in one flow instead of getting scattered. From recent times we almost using Agile methodology so that we can plan and schedule a long term project in a client friendly environmental process to track the development and quality and service in a efficient way .

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

In Jira, when I raise a new defect for the same sprint or project, every time I still need to add the same labels, fields, and workflow, and also add viewers. It’s the same setup for the project, but I still have to remember everything and add it again each time. It feels very time-wasting, and sometimes it makes time management difficult.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira’s value is in making complex, multi-person work visible and accountable. The downside is that when teams over-configure it, the tool starts serving the process instead of the people.

Problem it solves: chaos, missed tasks, unclear ownership, and lack of visibility. How it helps: it provides one place to track work, priorities, and progress. And coordination across teams at scale.it adds overhead and can slow things down when it’s overused.

  ### 42. Create an effective and efficient collaboration space with Jira's digital features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy F. | Events and Activities Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira is an amazing teamwork system that facilitates business collaboration throughout your organization, promoting communication tools and improving the execution of all your professional activities.

I can also say that Jira is a system I choose to coordinate my work projects and visualize my professional progress, improving my performance and business productivity.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

I have nothing bad to say about Jira's virtual work features and tools, I can recommend using all of its resources for their quality and technical efficiency.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira is the system that has allowed me to improve the control and management of all my work projects, facilitating business collaboration and communication in my work area and improving my productivity and professional performance.

  ### 43. Jira made managing my tasks and projects much easier.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun K. | IT Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I now use Jira in my day-to-day activities since the manner of managing issues and projects makes it very convenient to me to be organised. Being able to have unlimited issues and projects ensures that I do not face any problems of reaching the limit and it has also been able to keep everything- small to long-term work- in a single location. I also heavily use the backlog and board views to plan my week and the timeline and calendar views have served me to plot deadlines without forgetting anything. This is likely to be the most beneficial aspect of the forms feature since I am able to gather the information about other teams without sending several messages. The establishment was not complex as well, the project templates and the customization of workflow saved my time a lot. I am now using Jira on a daily basis and when I became comfortable with the layout it was easy to navigate. It has also helped when it has been incorporated with Microsoft Teams, as updates and notifications are displayed where we communicate as a team, so nothing goes astray. I have already contacted the customer care a few times and they were able to respond quickly.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

The primary issue I have discovered with Jira is that initially it may seem somewhat overwhelming because of the available variety of features and views. It requires time to know how all things fit in and new users may end up lost in the menus or settings.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Jira mainly solves the problem of keeping work organized without things slipping through the cracks. Before using it, tasks and updates were scattered, but Jira gives me one clear place to track everything, what’s in progress, what’s blocked and what needs attention. The Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations make a big difference too as I get updates instantly and can respond without jumping between tools. Overall, Jira helps me manage my projects with more clarity and keeps my workflow steady and predictable.

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira helps team to collaborate easily, along with bug hunting and issue tracking, which helps me to get a customisable workflow and better team management and project tracking.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

For the non-technical persons this tool might become a bit overwhelming as it requires heavy knowledge of onboarding and performance becomes slow when I spend a few hours on it continuously.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira helps me in better teamwork as it helps in better workflow management along with excellent dashboards and insights reporting, which helps in better analysis and sprint managment and it is the best tool for these works in day to day usages.

  ### 46. Jira Keeps Work Organized and Transparent for Effortless Team Collaboration

What I like the best about Jira is how organized and structured it keeps everything. It makes tracking tasks, incidents and progress very clear. Creating, assigning and monitoring tickets is straightforward and the dashboards help in getting quick visibility into ongoing work. The biggest upside is improved collaboration and transparency withing the team, which makes project tracking and daily operations much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

Pricing and additional add-ons can add up quickly as teams grow, often needs plugins or external apps.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira helps solve the problem of tracking and organizing tasks in one place. It improves visibility, accountability and ensures work moves smoothly without confusion.

  ### 47. Transformative Tool for Agile Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghu P. | Angular developer

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

I like Jira's ability to bring structure and transparency to the entire development process. The customizable workflows, Agile boards, and sprint planning features make managing tasks and tracking progress easy. I appreciate the detailed reporting and dashboards for clear insights into team performance. Jira’s flexibility and customization allow us to tailor workflows to match our processes, and its strong integrations with tools like version control and documentation platforms keep everything connected. Overall, it scales well as projects and teams grow, making it effective for long-term use.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

While Jira is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. The interface can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users, and it takes time to understand all the features and configurations. Performance can sometimes slow down when working with large projects or heavily customized workflows. Additionally, setting up and maintaining workflows, permissions, and fields often requires administrative effort, which can be time-consuming. Simplifying the UI and improving performance consistency would make Jira even more user-friendly.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves project management problems by providing clear visibility into tasks and progress. It enhances team collaboration and integrates with other tools, improving project visibility and efficiency.

  ### 48. Jira Keeps Work Centralized, Organized, and Easy to Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marian C. | Marketing Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Jira?**

What I like best about Jira is how well it centralizes work and keeps everything organized and visible. It makes tracking tasks, bugs, and progress easy, while allowing teams to collaborate clearly through comments, workflows, and status updates. The flexibility to customize boards, workflows, and reports also helps teams adapt Jira to their specific processes without losing structure.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

What I dislike about Jira is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The interface and number of configuration options can make simple tasks take longer than necessary, and too many fields or workflows can add unnecessary complexity if the tool isn’t well managed. It can also feel slower or cluttered in large projects with many tickets.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the problem of scattered work and lack of visibility by centralizing tasks, bugs, and requests in one place. This benefits me by making priorities, ownership, and progress clear, improving collaboration across teams, and helping ensure issues are tracked, followed up on, and resolved on time.

  ### 49. Essential tool for transparent sprint planning and team alignment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber D. | Data Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Jira?**

Jira excels at keeping our entire data engineering team on the same page for sprint planning, task assignments, and daily status tracking. The customizable dashboards and detailed ticket features allow us to break down complex workflows, monitor progress, and ensure we meet our deliverables on time. Integration with other Atlassian products like Confluence and Bitbucket streamlines our development cycle, making documentation and code reviews part of a unified workflow. For cross-functional projects, Jira’s advanced filtering and tagging capabilities help us manage dependencies effectively and avoid bottlenecks.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

While Jira is powerful, it can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users due to its rich feature set and occasional UI clutter. Setting up automations or configuring permissions for different boards can be confusing, requiring extra time and admin support. The mobile app is functional but not as fluid as the desktop experience, lacking some advanced controls needed for more granular updates during on-the-go troubleshooting.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira solves the challenge of clear communication between teams by providing a centralized platform for planning, documenting, and executing sprints. It improves team accountability, reduces missed deadlines, and streamlines reporting for leadership. The ability to link tickets across projects ensures that blockers are surfaced early, helping us maintain project velocity and transparency.

It provided a level of visibility that was crucial for meeting our timeline goals. As a result, our go-live was completed on time, supported by the scheduling and transparency this platform offered.

**What do you dislike about Jira?**

JIRA is easy to use, with intuitive features that helped my team know exactly where to go to stay on track for product deployment.

**What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before JIRA, we were constantly backtracking just to stay focused on our delivery timelines. After JIRA, we had much better visibility into feature deployments, which made them easier to manage and helped lower our anxiety around timelines.
