Jira Product Discovery has been really useful for managing ideas and turning them into actual work. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, although it took a little time to get familiar with all the views and fields.
One of the things I like most is the integration with Jira Software. Once an idea is approved, it becomes much easier to track it through development without switching between multiple tools. Performance has been good overall and I haven't faced any major issues while using it.
From a pricing perspective, it can feel a bit expensive for smaller teams, but for organizations already using Atlassian products, it provides good value and helps keep product planning organized.
The onboarding experience was fairly smooth and the available documentation helped us get started. Support has also been responsive whenever we needed assistance.
The AI features are still evolving, but they help with summarizing information and organizing ideas, which saves some manual effort. Overall, it has improved visibility into our product planning process and made collaboration easier across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Jira Product Discovery is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started. There are a lot of options and configurations, so new users may need some time to understand how everything works.
The UI is good overall, but a few actions require extra clicks and some views could be more customizable. While the integration with Jira Software is useful, setting up the right workflow between teams can take some effort.
The pricing may also be a concern for smaller teams that only need basic product planning features. As for the AI capabilities, they are helpful but still feel limited in certain scenarios and could be more accurate or provide deeper insights.
Overall, the product is strong, but there is still room for improvement in ease of use, customization, and some advanced AI functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
