We can easily send photos, links, and archives. It's very open to doing big texts if we need to explain something more difficult. The capability to have the client open a ticket with the Jira link and communicate directly on the ticket thread is valuable. I am able to help by sending screenshots, archives, and even videos of calls with clients, which helps the support team better understand the issue. We can all talk together, and the client can see that we are working together as a team on their issue. Also, the initial setup was easy. **What do you dislike about Jira Cloud for Sheets?** I think it could be integrated on WhatsApp - at least for us we don't use this feature. I'm not sure if that's an option. Since not all of our clients are 24/7 in their email. And it could also have a feature to send audios. This would make the clients happier. And something that should be a must is to organize it by client's name/id. Right now, we only organize it by title/date, so every time I open a ticket, I put the client name on it.
