Any time a ticket is created it posts. any time a comment is made it posts. **What do you dislike about Jira Cloud Bot?** What I dislike about the Jira Cloud Bot is that it posts A LOT of information. So it's a double edged sword. It great that it posts all of this stuff, but sometimes conversation threads can be lost in the deluge of Jira posts. **Recommendations to others considering Jira Cloud Bot:** If you don't want to have to log in to Jira every time you want to check on project, this is a great tool **What problems is Jira Cloud Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?** This bot is great for people that need to be aware of updates to tickets but don't want to have to log in to Jira and slog through everything to find them. ### 2.
