"Reliable, Easy-to-Use, Needs Connection Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet almost every day for my personal tasks, like managing grocery lists and quick video calls with my family. It's a very helpful app for my daily routine. I really like JioMeet's unmatched meeting duration, allowing for uninterrupted meetings lasting up to 24 hours on the free tier. The optimized performance is great because it's a lightweight app that consumes less RAM and doesn’t slow down my computer while multitasking. I appreciate the multi-device support, which lets me be signed in on up to 5 devices simultaneously and switch between them during an active call. The multilingual support is also a big plus, as it includes several Indian languages in addition to English, making it accessible to a wider audience. The setup was very easy and straightforward; I just downloaded the app, signed in, and started using it without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Sometimes the connection takes too long to start, and I've noticed my phone gets a bit warm during long calls. Improving the stability would make the experience even better. I think adding more filters or virtual backgrounds would be a fun addition. Also, making the user interface even simpler for first-time users would be helpful for everyday tasks. "Free, Reliable Alternative with Stellar Features"

What do you like best about JioMeet?

I find JioMeet to be a solid, free, and reliable video conferencing tool that offers surprisingly high-quality audio and video conferencing. It's especially valuable for users in India or those prioritizing cost savings. I really like its generous 24-hour limit for meetings, which prevents any mid-meeting interruptions and makes organizing stress-free, allowing for uninterrupted conversations even for non-work scenarios. The WhatsApp integration is a standout feature, providing instant meeting invites, ensuring a higher join rate, and allowing for quick reminders without the hassle of app switching, which is beneficial for both tech and non-tech users. The setup of JioMeet was quite easy, and these features are better than what some paid plans offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

I think file sharing and Office 365 integration could be improved. It would be better if document editing could be done instantly in the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is simple to use, making it convenient for both professional and personal communication. I like its simplicity and ease of use, as joining or hosting a meeting is straightforward, even for those who aren't very tech-savvy. The app works well on both mobile and laptop, and features like screen sharing and scheduling make online collaboration much more convenient. Screen sharing is really helpful during work discussions, making explanations easier in real-time, and meeting scheduling keeps discussions organized, saving time and making communication smoother and more professional. What do you dislike about JioMeet?

One thing that could be improved is the overall interface design, because sometimes it feels a bit less smooth compared to other meeting platforms. Occasionally, I’ve also faced minor lag or audio delay when the internet connection is unstable. Another improvement could be adding more advanced collaboration features and better integration with other work tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Budget-Friendly, Reliable Meetings for Small Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I like JioMeet's 24-hour free meeting duration, allowing me to host meetings without worrying about time limits. It's very useful for long classes, presentations, or group discussions. I appreciate that it supports up to 100 participants in its basic version without major lag, and it works smoothly on mobile, laptop, and even directly from a web browser, which saves space and time. Additionally, the security features like password protection and waiting room make it a safe and secure platform. It's simple, stable, and budget-friendly, making it very convenient for students and small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Some advanced features like virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, or in-depth collaboration tools aren’t as rich or easy to use as on other platforms. The user interface could be more intuitive — at times it feels a bit basic or confusing, especially when finding certain settings. While it’s usually stable, there are rare moments when video or audio can lag, especially on slower internet connections. It doesn’t integrate as smoothly with other productivity apps (like calendars or file sharing apps) as some other tools do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JioMeet?

I like JioMeet because it's a great choice for professional meetings and personal use. It's cost-efficient and easy to use. I really appreciate the stability and simplicity of the application, which means less time spent on technical setup and more on the meeting itself. The stability ensures I don't have to worry about call drops during important discussions. Moreover, JioMeet offers high-quality screen sharing that lets me present detailed information clearly, and the ability to share screens with unlimited time is a big plus since other apps often charge for extended use. It's free, which is a bonus, and there's no jitter, making it easy and straightforward to use. It's also the most accessible option for my parents, as anyone can join and navigate the controls without any learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

All the features are great but the UI can be improved and be more modern. It should have additional features like polls and emoji reactions. I would like to see better integration with third-party calendar apps, and also add a noise cancellation feature for better audio quality. Providing a customizable virtual background would be nice. What do you dislike about JioMeet?

This platform is good for regular meetings but not compared to other matured meeting tools like zoom Microsoft Teams or Google meet out there the overall ecosystem still feels get off less advanced some areas they should improve such as deep 3rd party integrations and having more polished enterprise controls with bepannaah sales features would make this platform very effective the user experience is simple but on a certain part their interface and meeting management flow should be made smoother for users. What do you like best about JioMeet?

Jiomeet offers longer call durations, which makes it easier for people to stay on the same call and finish their meetings instead of having to schedule an additional call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

The only issue I have with jiomeet is that the audio and video quality drops whenever there’s even a slight network problem. I understand it’s a signal issue, but minor ups and downs in the connection should be handled better so the audio and video stay clear throughout the meeting. One thing that could be improved in JioMeet is the overall meeting experience during very large sessions, where occasional lag or audio delays can happen on weaker network. I'd also like to see more advanced collaboration features such as smarter meeting control, better background customization, and smoother integration with third-party productivity tools. The mobile app works well for basic use, but the interface could feel more modern and responsive for long meetings or multitasking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
