**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet because it's quite easy to use for my small team, supporting up to a thousand people, which is great for long-term planning. The feature that supports native languages and provides translations and captions is really helpful for us, considering the diverse languages in India. It's affordable too, so we can start small and scale as needed. I also found the setup process to be very easy, with just a few clicks for registering and signing in.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

So right now, like, whenever we start the application, I've seen the initial startup time will be problematic for us. Like, it takes a little bit of time to get started. And also, yeah, like, the size of the app gradually increases the longer we use.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the cost problem as it's affordable for starting small. It supports native languages with translation and captions, making communication easier. It also scales up to a thousand people, which is great for long-term planning at a budget-friendly price.

I like how JioMeet keeps things simple and reliable. The video quality is clear, meetings run smoothly, and it doesn’t feel complicated to use. It’s easy to join calls, share screens, and stay connected without dealing with unnecessary features or confusion.

  ### 13. Reliable on Indian Networks, but Integrations and AI Features Lag

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

JioMeet works reliably on Indian network conditions where other tools often struggle. Call quality remains stable even on lower bandwidth, which is a big advantage for distributed teams. The UI feels clean and familiar, so there’s almost no learning curve if you’ve used any video conferencing tool before. Joining a meeting takes just a few seconds, and guests don’t need to download anything, which helps reduce friction when bringing external stakeholders on board.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The integrations ecosystem feels limited compared with Zoom or Google Meet. There’s no native calendar sync that works smoothly, and the available third-party app connections come across as an afterthought rather than something fully supported. The AI features are also quite minimal—nothing close to real-time transcription or meeting summaries, which competitors now offer as standard. Background noise suppression could be improved as well, since it doesn’t always handle noisy environments as effectively as I’d expect.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For internal team standups and client calls within India, JioMeet cuts down on connectivity issues we used to face with other platforms. It is cost-effective, especially for teams that do not need heavy enterprise integrations. The free tier is generous enough for small teams to get real value without committing to a paid plan. Onboarding new teammates is quick since the interface is straightforward and support documentation covers the basics well.

  ### 14. JioMeet: Affordable, Good Quality, with Room for Improvement

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like that JioMeet is bundled with features and is free, which is a plus for me right now. The audio quality is good, and the video quality is also impressive. It feels more like an Indian software, which I prefer over US-based alternatives because the localization aspect resonates with us here. It also outperforms other Indian meeting software I've used, which adds to its appeal.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The background noise cancellation is terrible, and it needs to be improved. The UI would be better; it doesn't work for me.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves Big Zoom issues for me, being free and offering good audio. It also supports our preference for using Indian software due to localization.

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like that JioMeet provides high-grade tools while being budget-friendly and allows me to stay connected for 24 hours without any call cuts. The ability to integrate with WhatsApp, switch easily between multiple devices, and its low data optimization are great features. It's made in India, which is a plus for me. Beyond the big 24-hour limit, there are also hidden gem features like the safe driving mode, the no-install guest experience, and the WhatsApp bot. Setting up JioMeet was the easiest among the apps I've used before, which made a good impression.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

A common frustration for me is the instructive update system. Currently, if I have a meeting scheduled, the app often forces a 5-minute update right as I try to join. Improvement can be a background update or the ability to defer an update for 24 hours to prevent being late for meetings. Another area that could be improved is advanced collaboration tools and AI-driven features.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet provides high-grade tools on a budget, with a 24-hour connection time, unlike other apps. It integrates with WhatsApp, offers multi-device switching, low data optimization, a safe driving mode, a no-install guest experience, and a WhatsApp bot, all enhancing usability.

  ### 27. Free, Long-Lasting Meetings with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BALARAM B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like that JioMeet allows for free, uninterrupted, and high-definition video calls for up to 24 hours, which is really helpful compared to platforms that limit free meetings to 40-60 minutes. This feature enables seamless, long-duration conversations, making it great for educators, professionals, and families who want to avoid the abrupt interruption of having to log back in. It's also convenient that the apps are readily available on all major platforms like Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and web. JioMeet's ability to integrate with several business-focused tools is another plus.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

JioMeet lacks the advanced tools found in more mature competitors like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Specifically, it lacks a native, robust whiteboard tool. While JioMeet offers password protection and waiting rooms, further clarification and adoption of end-to-end encryption (E2E) on par with its competitors would build greater user trust.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the issue of expensive subscriptions and time limits by offering free meetings with no 40-minute cutoff like other platforms, allowing seamless, long conversations up to 24 hours.

  ### 28. Simple and Reliable Conferencing for Daily Meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SOMNATH R. | Project Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like how simple and easy JioMeet is to use. Joining a meeting doesn't require much setup, and the clean and straightforward interface makes it convenient for everyday use. The stable audio and video quality, even with average internet connectivity, ensures a smooth experience most of the time, especially during regular team meetings and client calls. I also appreciate the screen sharing feature, which is reliable during presentations, project discussions, and reviews. Additionally, starting or joining meetings quickly with a simple link and maintaining stable performance on normal internet connections are aspects I find very helpful for daily team calls. JioMeet's focus on essential features that work consistently makes it a practical tool for professional communication.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

While JioMeet works well for regular meetings, there are a few areas where it could be improved. Sometimes, advanced features are limited compared to some other video conferencing tools, especially for large or highly interactive meetings. The user interface is simple, which is good, but it can feel a bit basic. Adding more customization options or clearer controls for meeting management would make the experience better, especially for hosts. Occasionally, there can be minor audio or video delays during longer meetings, depending on network conditions. Improving performance consistency for longer sessions would be helpful.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet connects our remote team easily, saving travel time with video calls. It simplifies meetings with straightforward setup, screen sharing, and seamless accessibility, enhancing communication and collaboration in hybrid work.

  ### 29. Reliable and User-Friendly with Some Room for Improvement

I like that JioMeet is easy to use, reliable, and has a clean interface. Joining and hosting meetings is straightforward, and the video and audio quality are consistent. The initial setup was very easy; signing up and installing the app, and joining my first meeting took just a few minutes without any technical issues.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Sometimes the app can lag with larger meetings, and screen sharing could be smoother. Screen sharing can sometimes freeze or delay, especially when multiple participants are presenting. It would be better if the app optimized performance for larger meetings and improved screen sharing stability. Also adding features like annotation tools or smoother transition between shared screens would make collaboration easier.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JioMeet for video calls and team meetings. It simplifies joining calls and scheduling meetings, solving the problem of coordinating remote meetings. It keeps everyone on the same page and productive, easy to connect with my team and clients without technical hassles, even from different locations.

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet for virtual meetings, online classes, and collaborative discussions because it offers high-quality video and audio and supports large group calls. I find it allows me to attend online classes and meetings without time limits and complicated setup. I appreciate its simplicity and reliability; the platform is easy to use, even for first-time users. I also like the meeting stability, scheduling and reminders, security, and cross-device support. The cost-effectiveness, absence of strict time limits, and cross-device support were key factors in switching to JioMeet along with its simplicity. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

I don't like that JioMeet doesn't offer breakout rooms, which can make collaborative sessions or group discussions less flexible. Also, it could improve by allowing automatic or manual assignment of participants to different rooms and moving participants between rooms. For integrated whiteboards, I wish JioMeet had multi-user drawing and sticky notes.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JioMeet for virtual meetings and online classes because it offers high quality video and audio, supports large group calls, and allows me to attend without time limits and complicated setups. Its simplicity, reliability, meeting stability, scheduling, reminders, security, and cross-device support are standout features.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet for its accessibility across devices and ease of use which feels familiar. It addresses my security concerns well and offers high-definition quality during meetings. One of the standout features for me is the unlimited free meeting duration; unlike many competitors that cap free calls at 40-60 minutes, JioMeet allows users to host meetings for up to 24 hours without interruption. I also find the initial setup to be straightforward and user-friendly, and it's easy to download and install on smartphones with the app being available on major platforms like Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Moreover, the browser access for desktop users lets me join meetings directly via web browsers like Chrome or Firefox without needing to install the application, simplifying the process for one-off meetings.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

I don't like the lack of essential collaboration tools in JioMeet. It doesn't have a built-in whiteboard option, which is really important for educational and collaborative meetings. This often forces teachers or presenters to use third-party applications. Also, advanced security controls could be improved; there's a need for more robust, customizable waiting room features, end-to-end encryption options, and better meeting locking capabilities.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find JioMeet removes cost barriers, addresses security concerns, and offers high-definition quality. It provides accessibility across devices, ease of use, and unlimited free meeting duration, making it ideal for long meetings without interruptions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I really like the feature of JioMeet that allows continuous free HD video calls for 24 hours, especially with the capacity to hold meetings with up to 100 participants without any time limit. The easy-to-use interface and its security as a 'Made in India' product are particularly appealing. I also like the simple setup of JioMeet, where you can easily sign up using a mobile number or email. Being a strong and secure option, I consider it ideal for small businesses and educational work.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

In JioMeet, primarily due to audio lag/echo during calls, unstable connectivity, and the lack of advanced features compared to competitors like Zoom, it proves to be less effective. Users feel the need for a better user interface and collaboration tools, as the current app experience can sometimes be inconsistent. Key areas needing improvement: Audio/Video Quality and Stability: Issues like lag in voice, echo, and connectivity breaks during meetings need to be fixed. Limited Features and Tools: Compared to other video conferencing apps, it lacks advanced tools (such as advanced screen sharing, better annotation). User Interface (UI): The interface needs to be made more modern and intuitive. Lack of Integration: Better integration with other workspace apps (like Google Workspace or Slack), which can make collaboration more effective, is limited.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet provides secure HD video conferencing and free meetings without time limits. It supports 100 to 1000 participants, connects remote areas, and is easy to use.

  ### 35. Perfect for Long Meetings, Seamless WhatsApp Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rohit c.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I find the '24-Hour' freedom with JioMeet to be incredibly useful as there are no interruptions due to time limits on the free tier, which is great for long meetings or gatherings. I appreciate the WhatsApp integration, making it easy to schedule and join meetings directly through WhatsApp without needing to open the main app. The seamless device switching is a standout feature, allowing me to move from desktop to mobile effortlessly during calls. I like how the platform is localized and inclusive, offering multilingual support and maintaining stability even on low bandwidth. The fact that JioMeet can integrate with legacy hardware is impressive, making it easier to use older devices in meetings. Additionally, setting up JioMeet is convenient with options for signing up via mobile number, email, or social logins, and it doesn’t force immediate software downloads, allowing for direct web access.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

1. UI/UX Polishing: JioMeet's design feels a bit dated compared to the modern interfaces of Zoom or Google Meet, making it feel basic. Advanced settings can be hard to find because they're buried in menus instead of being easily accessible on the main screen. 2. Limited Third-Party Integrations: JioMeet doesn't integrate smoothly with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, leading to some ecosystem gaps, especially in advanced calendar syncing. It also lacks integration with productivity tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana. 3. Advanced Collaboration Features: While it covers basics like screen sharing and chat, JioMeet lacks more advanced features. Breakout rooms aren't as flexible as Zoom's, and there could be better development in interactive tools like native whiteboarding and advanced polling. 4. Technical Performance & Stability: Although marketed for low bandwidth support, JioMeet users sometimes experience more lag or glitches in weak network areas compared to Zoom. There have also been reports of occasional bugs, like app crashes or audio-video sync issues, especially on Android devices.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet eliminates the 40-minute limit on free meetings, reduces costs with features at no charge, improves connectivity on low-bandwidth networks, eases access through WhatsApp integration, and addresses privacy concerns by being locally hosted in India.

The initial setup of JioMeet was pretty easy—most of my team got it installed and running quickly without much help, and joining the first meetings didn’t take long at all.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Sometimes the video or audio can lag or freeze, especially on slower internet, and I’d like to see more intuitive controls and smoother performance across all devices.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s completely free, with unlimited 24-hour meeting duration. The interface is user-friendly, and the HD video and audio quality are reliable.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

the UI is often criticized for being a "blatant copy" of competitors without the same level of polish or intuitive navigation. It has reported delays in accessing meeting recordings after a session ends.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Time and Cost Barriers: It removes the strict 40-minute limit that’s common in the free tiers of other apps, so I can host uninterrupted meetings for up to 24 hours at no cost.

Being an Indian app, its integration with mobile is smooth, allowing me to attend meetings directly from my phone, saving time. The initial setup was straightforward, with no complicated steps involved. Overall, JioMeet just does the basic job without unnecessary complications.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

There are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes the video quality drops suddenly, even when my internet is okay. Also, during longer meetings the app feels a bit slow on mobile, not always but it happens. Another thing is the features are limited compared to some other meeting apps. For basic use it’s fine, but for advanced options, it feels missing. Also, the UI can be little more polished. It works, but still has scope to be better.

I also find the user-friendly interface, reliable performance, and comprehensive feature set to be major positive points. The initial setup was seamless and intuitive, with straightforward installation and registration processes that required minimal configuration. The intuitive interface and seamless setup process make it a highly accessible and effective tool for professional collaboration.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The interface often feels less polished than Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Navigating between host controls and participant management can sometimes be unintuitive for new users.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I love using JioMeet because it's smooth as silk and perfect for high-stakes calls. The HD quality is next level, and the security features are top-notch. The 24-hour free calls are a total game-changer for deep-dive brainstorming or long legal sessions. The visuals are crisp, which is perfect for reading the room and documents, offering a pro authority and trust. Transitioning from Zoom was seamless and boosted our productivity, and the initial setup was insanely fast with a user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

JioMeet is great, but those forced updates are a mood killer! You’re ready for a big call and bam! A 5-minute update hits. The features also feel a bit too basic compared to the big players. It needs a slicker UI and better integrations to truly own the space. Good for basics, but needs that pro polish!

  ### 44. Unmatched Meeting Freedom with JioMeet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohitrr .

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I appreciate JioMeet for its unique ability to provide up to 24 hours of uninterrupted meeting time for free, which is absolutely brilliant for long workshops, family gatherings, and productive brainstorming sessions without having to worry about time limits. The freedom from limits really stands out, particularly when other platforms cut meetings short after 40 or 60 minutes. I also enjoy the multi-device fluidity feature, which allows me to seamlessly switch devices during a meeting without dropping the call. Additionally, the initial setup of JioMeet was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The biggest 'missing piece' is a robust integration library. JioMeet often feels like a standalone silo. It lacks seamless workflows with popular CRM tools like Salesforce, project management apps like Trello/Asana, or advanced calendar automation beyond basic Outlook/Google syncing. Developing an open API or a marketplace for third-party plugins would make it much more viable for enterprise-level workflows.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the 40-minute cutoff issue by allowing up to 24 hours of free meetings, making it perfect for long workshops, family gatherings, and deep-work sessions. It also ensures seamless device switching, enhancing flexibility.

  ### 47. Smooth Performance Even on Low Bandwidth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K Om S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet for my college online group discussions and lectures. It's a very smooth and stable platform for video conferencing, which works well even with a slow internet connection. I find it simple and easy to use, with good audio and video quality, so there are no interruptions even when the network is slow. I can easily conduct long-hour classes and lectures since it's very fast with no login problems and because it's a free app. The initial setup was easy; the app installed smoothly, and I could create and join meetings in very few steps. I appreciate that login is not mandatory, which is a great feature of JioMeet.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

I find that JioMeet could be improved by adding better meeting controls and more engaging features like breakout rooms and games for groups. It would also be great if there were third-party connections for better collaboration. Sometimes the video quality becomes bad during long-hour classes, and I have to rejoin to fix that. It's mostly good, but for long meetings, it should be improved. I can't give it a 10 out of 10 because the UI could use some improvements, especially for long-hour meetings.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet works well in slow internet, allowing smooth online group discussions and lectures. It's simple, easy to use, with good audio and video quality. I can connect with classmates, share presentations, and learn easily without login hassles. It's a solid free video conferencing app.

  ### 48. Reliable Meetings, A Breeze to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anukalp S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

JioMeet is perfect for long work meetings, online classes, or big family catch-ups. I get HD video, easy screen sharing, and it's super reliable even if my internet is acting up. It kills the annoying 40-minute limit on free calls, so I don't have to restart meetings constantly. It also handles spotty Wi-Fi like a champ and lets me swap from my phone to my laptop mid-call without missing a beat. Honestly, the best part is not getting kicked off after 40 minutes, allowing me to finish a conversation without rushing. Switching from my phone to my laptop mid-call without hanging up is a total game-changer. The initial setup was much easy.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The interface feels a bit 'old school' compared to the slicker apps, and it can be glitchy—like the audio drifting out of sync during screen shares. It’s also missing those fancy AI backgrounds and deep app integrations that make life easier.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet removes the 40-minute limit on free calls, manages spotty Wi-Fi well, and allows seamless device switching during calls.

  ### 49. Unbeatable Free Features with Minor Glitches

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet's multi-device freedom, which allows me to be logged into five devices simultaneously and switch between them without the call dropping. It's a major convenience feature. The classroom management tools give teachers control to mute all participants or lock meetings, solving the problem of noisy or disrupted virtual classes. I appreciate the JioMeet Outlook plugin for scheduling meetings directly from the calendar and the convenience of using WhatsApp to schedule a call without even opening the JioMeet app. The user experience of signing up with just a mobile number and OTP instead of work emails and domain verifications is another aspect I value. The switch from Zoom, with its 40-minute limit, to JioMeet, with its unbeatable free features like a 24-hour limit, enhances my collaboration without interruptions.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Connectivity Glitches: Does it sometimes say "Reconnecting..." or drop audio even when your internet is fine? Currently, when the network drops, the video often freezes or the call disconnects entirely, forcing you to manually turn off the video or rejoin.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves classroom management issues by allowing teachers to mute participants or lock meetings. It also eliminates the 40-minute limit frustration from Zoom, supporting uninterrupted collaboration.

  ### 50. Reliable and Cost-Effective for Team Meetings

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

JioMeet has been my go-to app for team meetings and study sessions. I like that it is made in India, which makes me trust it more. I appreciate that it saves my travel time and cost and works well on Indian networks. The app is super easy to join and has a clean and simple interface. Screen sharing works smoothly, and it has multiple device support. I have not experienced unstable audio quality and there are no unwanted ads during calls. No heavy setup is required, and the initial setup was surprisingly easy.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Sometimes I experience app crashes, and recording quality and accessibility can be optimized more.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet saves my travel time and cost, works well on Indian networks, and requires no heavy setup.
