## JioMeet Reviews
  ### 1. Reliable Platform for Virtual Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABHISHEK J. | AR Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet for daily team meetings, client discussions, and online interviews. It provides stable video and audio quality, screen sharing, and easy meeting scheduling. The interface is simple to use, making it convenient for both professional and personal communication. I like its simplicity and ease of use, as joining or hosting a meeting is straightforward, even for those who aren't very tech-savvy. The stable video and audio quality is a plus, especially during long meetings. The app works well on both mobile and laptop, and features like screen sharing and scheduling make online collaboration much more convenient. Screen sharing is really helpful during work discussions, making explanations easier in real-time, and meeting scheduling keeps discussions organized, saving time and making communication smoother and more professional.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

One thing that could be improved is the overall interface design, because sometimes it feels a bit less smooth compared to other meeting platforms. Occasionally, I’ve also faced minor lag or audio delay when the internet connection is unstable. Another improvement could be adding more advanced collaboration features and better integration with other work tools.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the problem of communication delays and helps me stay connected with my team and clients remotely. It provides stable video and audio quality, screen sharing, and easy meeting scheduling, making online collaboration convenient and professional.

  ### 2. Budget-Friendly, Reliable Meetings for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepshikha J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet's 24-hour free meeting duration, allowing me to host meetings without worrying about time limits. It's very useful for long classes, presentations, or group discussions. I appreciate that it supports up to 100 participants in its basic version without major lag, and it works smoothly on mobile, laptop, and even directly from a web browser, which saves space and time. Additionally, the security features like password protection and waiting room make it a safe and secure platform. It's simple, stable, and budget-friendly, making it very convenient for students and small teams.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Some advanced features like virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, or in-depth collaboration tools aren’t as rich or easy to use as on other platforms. The user interface could be more intuitive — at times it feels a bit basic or confusing, especially when finding certain settings. While it’s usually stable, there are rare moments when video or audio can lag, especially on slower internet connections. It doesn’t integrate as smoothly with other productivity apps (like calendars or file sharing apps) as some other tools do.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves time limit issues with its 24-hour free meetings, supports smooth video calls for up to 100 participants, and offers versatile device access and strong security features, saving time and ensuring safe communication.

The stability ensures I don't have to worry about call drops during important discussions. Moreover, JioMeet offers high-quality screen sharing that lets me present detailed information clearly, and the ability to share screens with unlimited time is a big plus since other apps often charge for extended use. It's free, which is a bonus, and there's no jitter, making it easy and straightforward to use. It's also the most accessible option for my parents, as anyone can join and navigate the controls without any learning curve.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

All the features are great but the UI can be improved and be more modern. It should have additional features like polls and emoji reactions. I would like to see better integration with third-party calendar apps, and also add a noise cancellation feature for better audio quality. Providing a customizable virtual background would be nice.

Also, the setup is extremely easy; I just have to follow the tutorial steps provided.

It runs reliably even on low bandwidth and includes useful features like OTP login, a whiteboard, polls, and recording. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, and the India-optimized servers help keep calls stable. I also appreciate that there are no surprise paywalls. Overall, it’s a great option for long calls without dropouts.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

JioMeet’s UI feels dated compared with Zoom or Teams, and the background blur feature often glitches. The mobile app also drains the battery quickly. **What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet because it's very simple and has no time limit, which is a big plus. It works well even with a low internet connection and has an easy-to-use and simple interface. The best part is the audio and video quality, which is crucial for quick work calls where every minute counts, and stable video helps me read expressions and stay engaged. Other features like screen sharing and call recording during meetings are also very helpful. Joining a meeting is easy to set up, and it connects with people over very long distances.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

I find the limited whiteboard collaboration tools in JioMeet a bit of a drawback. It doesn't offer powerful or real-time multi-user editing features. There is also less customization, which can make workshops, training sessions, or larger team collaborations challenging.

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I love the WhatsApp synergy with JioMeet, which allows me to start, plan, or join a meeting directly through a WhatsApp chat. There's zero friction as I can start or join meetings just by texting 'Hi' to the bot. One-click access is incredibly convenient because reminders and links arrive right where I coordinate my day. I appreciate that there's no app-switching; I can move from a chat to a video call without needing to hunt for a separate login or invitation. I find the Outlook Add-in beneficial as it lets me schedule and join meetings directly from my Microsoft Outlook calendar, turning my email hub into a one-click launchpad. The initial setup is fast and friction-free, designed for immediate use. I also like the zero-login joining feature, where I can join any meeting via a browser link without creating an account or downloading the app. Rapid registration is impressive as setting up a full account takes less than two minutes using just an Indian mobile number or email ID. The WhatsApp shortcut is handy, where I don’t even need to open the JioMeet app to start a meeting.

Visual Noise: Despite the update, the interface can still feel a bit crowded compared to sleeker, more minimalist rivals.

JioMeet addresses bad connection issues and eliminates app-switching with WhatsApp integration. It offers zero-login joining and rapid registration, simplifying meeting access. **Reviewed by:** Sunny S. | Enterprise Business - APAC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

This flexibility is crucial when conversations extend up to 90 minutes. I also appreciate its support for over a few hundred participants, making it ideal for hosting webinars. Additionally, the initial setup of JioMeet was very easy.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The UI/UX could be improved a lot. The current one looks like an intern's job. More integrations for enterprise customers would be beneficial, and having whiteboarding functionality would be great. I appreciate JioMeet for its 24-hour meeting limits on the free plan, which provides a non-interrupting environment especially compared to other platforms where limits are around 40 to 60 minutes even on paid plans. It saves our time and energy for travel during our school group projects, which has been particularly helpful. Recently, we shifted to JioMeet from Google Meet because it provides better connections and system optimization.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

UI/UX refinement is needed. For a first-time user, it's more complicated to start a meeting, and it could use a more simplified interface. Initially, it was a little confusing, but after the first use, it becomes clear.

  ### 36. Flawless 24-Hour Free Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh S. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

The 24-hour free meetings are great and go flawless

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Sign-in Hassles: You can't just click "Log in with Google" or "Log in with Microsoft." You have to use your mobile number or a separate sign-up, which makes sending quick invites a bit of a chore.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big issue it tackles is dropped calls caused by poor internet. It’s specifically built to handle patchy connections, so your voice and video stay clear even when your network dips. It also removes the headache of complicated scheduling by letting you send invites and join links directly through WhatsApp.

  ### 37. Fantastic video conferencing app in video quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Mudassir A. | Product Designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

As a graphic and web designer, I really appreciate JioMeet’s screen-sharing feature. The image quality is impressively crisp, so my clients can clearly make out subtle details in typography and stroke weights without distracting compression artifacts. That clarity is especially valuable when I’m walking clients through live prototypes during web design projects, because the low latency keeps everything feeling smooth and responsive.

I also like that JioMeet offers up to 24 hours of continuous meeting time on its free tier, which means I don’t feel rushed during presentations or find myself constantly checking the clock. Another feature I find convenient is the ability for participants to double-tap to zoom in on shared content, since it makes it easier to focus on specific areas while I’m presenting.

Overall, JioMeet helps me stay connected for long sessions—even those lasting three to four hours—without needing to upgrade to a paid plan, and that’s something I genuinely value compared with other platforms. Cross-platform reliability is also important for my workflow because I often switch between my MacBook and a Windows PC, and both the web client and the native apps have worked seamlessly across these devices.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Although the screen-sharing feature is clear and sharp, the platform lacks robust in-app whiteboarding and more advanced annotation tools. In design critiques, being able to collaboratively sketch and mark up ideas in real time is essential, and that capability simply isn’t available right now.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I depend on JioMeet mainly because of its outstanding video quality, which has truly transformed my design workflow. While other platforms often struggle with noticeable compression artifacts, JioMeet consistently delivers a remarkably clear, high-definition experience during screen sharing. This clarity is crucial for my work, as it allows clients to appreciate the subtle details, accurate colors, and intricate textures in my artwork without any loss of sharpness or blurring.

I also find JioMeet especially suitable for Indian users because it supports Indian languages.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

There are some minor connectivity and performance issues. Sometimes, starting a screen share can be slow, or it may briefly show a black screen to participants for a few seconds.

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet because it's quite easy to use for my small team, supporting up to a thousand people, which is great for long-term planning. The feature that supports native languages and provides translations and captions is really helpful for us, considering the diverse languages in India. It's affordable too, so we can start small and scale as needed. I also found the setup process to be very easy, with just a few clicks for registering and signing in.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

So right now, like, whenever we start the application, I've seen the initial startup time will be problematic for us. Like, it takes a little bit of time to get started. And also, yeah, like, the size of the app gradually increases the longer we use.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the cost problem as it's affordable for starting small. It supports native languages with translation and captions, making communication easier. It also scales up to a thousand people, which is great for long-term planning at a budget-friendly price.
