## JioMeet Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable Video Conferencing with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritesh S. | Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet particularly for video conferencing and attending my business meetings. JioMeet solves the problem of low video quality by providing better audio and video quality even in low network coverage areas. Unlike other meeting apps, it does not have a time limit for free usage and provides longer duration for up to 100 participants, so I can easily attend longer meetings for free. The initial setup was very easy, as I could simply download the app, log in or create an account using Gmail and phone number, give permissions like camera and microphone, and then upload personal details if desired.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The UI can be made more better for a new user and also features like in-meeting polls and quizzes should be introduced and should be integrated with Google Calendar and Outlook.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the problem of low video quality by offering better audio and video, even in low network areas. It allows longer free meetings with up to 100 participants, which is great for my business needs.

 ### 2. User-Friendly, Cost-Effective for Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asad A. | Fast Food Restaurant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet’s easy-to-use interface and reliable video quality, which make calling and collaborating online smooth and straightforward. The secure meeting features also give me confidence when talking with clients or team members. The simple interface helps me join and start meetings quickly without confusion, and the reliable video quality makes conversations clear even on regular internet. The initial setup was straightforward, allowing us to start scheduling and joining meetings quickly. I also appreciate that JioMeet is a good, cost-effective option for video calls and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Sometimes JioMeet can lag or freeze when many people join a call, and the mobile app features feel limited compared to the desktop version. More advanced collaboration tools (like better whiteboard or integration options) could be improved.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JioMeet to easily connect with my team and clients, hold virtual meetings without delays, and collaborate by sharing screens. Its reliable video quality, secure options, and simple interface make online collaboration smooth and straightforward.

 ### 3. Reliable Platform for Virtual Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ABHISHEK J. | AR Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet for daily team meetings, client discussions, and online interviews. It provides stable video and audio quality, screen sharing, and easy meeting scheduling. The interface is simple to use, making it convenient for both professional and personal communication. I like its simplicity and ease of use, as joining or hosting a meeting is straightforward, even for those who aren't very tech-savvy. The stable video and audio quality is a plus, especially during long meetings. The app works well on both mobile and laptop, and features like screen sharing and scheduling make online collaboration much more convenient. Screen sharing is really helpful during work discussions, making explanations easier in real-time, and meeting scheduling keeps discussions organized, saving time and making communication smoother and more professional.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

One thing that could be improved is the overall interface design, because sometimes it feels a bit less smooth compared to other meeting platforms. Occasionally, I’ve also faced minor lag or audio delay when the internet connection is unstable. Another improvement could be adding more advanced collaboration features and better integration with other work tools.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the problem of communication delays and helps me stay connected with my team and clients remotely. It provides stable video and audio quality, screen sharing, and easy meeting scheduling, making online collaboration convenient and professional.

 ### 4. Budget-Friendly, Reliable Meetings for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepshikha J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet's 24-hour free meeting duration, allowing me to host meetings without worrying about time limits. It's very useful for long classes, presentations, or group discussions. I appreciate that it supports up to 100 participants in its basic version without major lag, and it works smoothly on mobile, laptop, and even directly from a web browser, which saves space and time. Additionally, the security features like password protection and waiting room make it a safe and secure platform. It's simple, stable, and budget-friendly, making it very convenient for students and small teams.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Some advanced features like virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, or in-depth collaboration tools aren’t as rich or easy to use as on other platforms. The user interface could be more intuitive — at times it feels a bit basic or confusing, especially when finding certain settings. While it’s usually stable, there are rare moments when video or audio can lag, especially on slower internet connections. It doesn’t integrate as smoothly with other productivity apps (like calendars or file sharing apps) as some other tools do.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves time limit issues with its 24-hour free meetings, supports smooth video calls for up to 100 participants, and offers versatile device access and strong security features, saving time and ensuring safe communication.

 ### 5. Game-Changer with 24-Hour Free Calls and HD Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JACK & L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I love using JioMeet because it's smooth as silk and perfect for high-stakes calls. The HD quality is next level, and the security features are top-notch. The 24-hour free calls are a total game-changer for deep-dive brainstorming or long legal sessions. The visuals are crisp, which is perfect for reading the room and documents, offering a pro authority and trust. Transitioning from Zoom was seamless and boosted our productivity, and the initial setup was insanely fast with a user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

JioMeet is great, but those forced updates are a mood killer! You’re ready for a big call and bam! A 5-minute update hits. The features also feel a bit too basic compared to the big players. It needs a slicker UI and better integrations to truly own the space. Good for basics, but needs that pro polish!

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JioMeet for smooth, lag-free, high-stakes calls. The 24-hour free call feature and HD quality are game-changers, boosting deep-dive sessions. Its reliability and secure features enhance our productivity, and the fast, user-friendly setup made our transition seamless.

 ### 6. Unmatched Meeting Freedom with JioMeet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohitrr .

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I appreciate JioMeet for its unique ability to provide up to 24 hours of uninterrupted meeting time for free, which is absolutely brilliant for long workshops, family gatherings, and productive brainstorming sessions without having to worry about time limits. The freedom from limits really stands out, particularly when other platforms cut meetings short after 40 or 60 minutes. I also enjoy the multi-device fluidity feature, which allows me to seamlessly switch devices during a meeting without dropping the call. Additionally, the initial setup of JioMeet was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The biggest 'missing piece' is a robust integration library. JioMeet often feels like a standalone silo. It lacks seamless workflows with popular CRM tools like Salesforce, project management apps like Trello/Asana, or advanced calendar automation beyond basic Outlook/Google syncing. Developing an open API or a marketplace for third-party plugins would make it much more viable for enterprise-level workflows.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the 40-minute cutoff issue by allowing up to 24 hours of free meetings, making it perfect for long workshops, family gatherings, and deep-work sessions. It also ensures seamless device switching, enhancing flexibility.

 ### 7. Decent for Basic Needs, But Lacks Advanced Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I appreciate the user-friendly interface of JioMeet, which enables quick access and smooth meetings without hassle. I find the initial setup to be pretty straightforward, with a simple sign-up process that just requires entering your email or phone number and verifying it. The easy app installation and intuitive interface with a clean dashboard make it easy to find features. For those already using Jio services, the seamless integration with Jio's ecosystem adds to the convenience.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

JioMeet has some areas that need improvement. Users have reported issues with connectivity and audio quality, such as lag, echo, and inconsistent connections, especially on slower networks. Some have also mentioned that the app can be glitchy and crashes occasionally. Integrations with popular tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams are limited.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JioMeet for merging contact lists and collaborative needs in one app, appreciating its user-friendly interface for smooth meetings and quick access.

 ### 8. Reliable Meetings, A Breeze to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anukalp S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

JioMeet is perfect for long work meetings, online classes, or big family catch-ups. I get HD video, easy screen sharing, and it's super reliable even if my internet is acting up. It kills the annoying 40-minute limit on free calls, so I don't have to restart meetings constantly. It also handles spotty Wi-Fi like a champ and lets me swap from my phone to my laptop mid-call without missing a beat. Honestly, the best part is not getting kicked off after 40 minutes, allowing me to finish a conversation without rushing. Switching from my phone to my laptop mid-call without hanging up is a total game-changer. The initial setup was much easy.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The interface feels a bit 'old school' compared to the slicker apps, and it can be glitchy—like the audio drifting out of sync during screen shares. It’s also missing those fancy AI backgrounds and deep app integrations that make life easier.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet removes the 40-minute limit on free calls, manages spotty Wi-Fi well, and allows seamless device switching during calls.

 ### 9. Reliable Meetings, Needs More Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet mainly for online meetings, classes, and video calls. What I like most about JioMeet is how simple and reliable it is to use. I appreciate the unlimited meeting time because I don’t have to worry about calls ending suddenly, which keeps the conversation smooth and focused during long meetings or classes. The clear audio and video quality work well even on average internet and make meetings and discussions more effective and comfortable. The easy interface makes joining and starting meetings quick and simple. I find screen sharing and recording very useful for work, classes, and presentations. It also works on all devices, so I can use it on my phone, laptop, or tablet. The initial setup was very easy for me and my team, with a straightforward login and simple interface.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

I think JioMeet could improve with more advanced features, as it currently has limited ones. Sometimes it lags on weak internet, which can be annoying. It has fewer users compared to other apps, and I feel the interface could be more polished. It would be great if it included advanced features like breakout rooms, a whiteboard, polls, virtual backgrounds, and better calendar integration.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet makes online communication easy and reliable. I attend meetings from anywhere, saving travel time and money. Screen sharing helps share work, and it's free with unlimited meeting time, which is cost-effective.

 ### 10. Reliable and Easy-to-Use, Even on Slow Internet

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SOUVIK C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet a lot for online meetings and video calls, especially for university classes and discussions. It's smooth, free, and stable for video conferencing. Even though I live in a village with a slow internet connection, JioMeet feels seamless and smooth. I can easily attend online classes, share my screen, and present PPTs without interruptions. I like it because it's simple and easy to use, with clear and stable video and audio quality, even on slow internet. There's no time limit, so I can do 2-3 hour classes without issues. It's quick, with no login requirement, making it a reliable and completely free app. I enjoy how well JioMeet works even with unstable internet, like during rainy days when the internet slows down. There's no lag when sharing my screen for presentations.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

I think the meeting controls could be more customizable so it will give more advance features to make the meeting more efficient and seamless. Also, more integration with external tools would be helpful. Occasionally the video quality drops during long-time use, so we have to rejoin, so on this point, they can make more stable quality for long-time meetings. They also have scope in UI. You know UI is one of the major things that attracts people, so they can make more advance-looking UI.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the problem of connecting through video calls with its seamless, stable performance even on slow internet. It allows me to attend online classes, share screens, and present without interruptions, and there's no time limit, making it a reliable, free tool.

 ### 11. Unlimited Calls and Seamless WhatsApp Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** REHAN G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I use JioMeet primarily for its reliable connectivity and screen-sharing features, making it great for professional video conferencing and webinars. I love its unlimited call duration feature, which allows free users to have uninterrupted meetings for up to 24 hours. This is a big relief compared to platforms like Zoom with a 40-minute cutoff. The 'Join via Web' feature is also fantastic, as it works smoothly without requiring heavy app installations or forced logins. I really appreciate the deep WhatsApp integration, which makes receiving meeting reminders and joining calls incredibly seamless for participants who aren't tech-savvy. The setup was super intuitive, taking less than two minutes with a mobile number and OTP, and since the interface is similar to Zoom, my team found it easy to use with no learning curve. Overall, it's a fantastic recommendation for freelancers, students, and families because the unlimited free calling is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

The video quality can be inconsistent on fluctuating networks, occasionally leading to pixelation or audio lag compared to Google Meet. Additionally, the virtual background feature lacks polish and often cuts off edges, and the platform misses the extensive third-party app integrations (like Trello or Slack) that are standard in global competitors.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet resolves the frustration of time limits by providing unlimited call duration for free users. Its 'Join via Web' feature and WhatsApp integration ensure easy access without app installations or logins, making it user-friendly and removing the barrier to entry.

 ### 12. Versatile Tool, Needs UI and Feature Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noob S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I primarily use JioMeet as a versatile tool for collaboration and testing. It's excellent for hosting high-definition video calls, managing large group meetings, and exploring features like screen sharing and scheduled sessions. JioMeet solves several practical frustrations, most notably the '40-minute anxiety' by allowing for long, uninterrupted free meetings. It also eliminates the 'device shuffle' by letting you switch between your phone and laptop mid-call, and it handles low-bandwidth connections remarkably well. The standout feature is definitely its unrestricted meeting duration for free accounts, which removes the pressure of time limits. I also highly value the seamless device switching, allowing you to transfer a live call between your mobile and desktop without any interruption. The initial setup is remarkably low-friction and fast. For most users, the sign-up process takes about 60 seconds because it uses a mobile number and OTP, skipping the usual 'create a password' headache.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

While JioMeet is strong on the basics, the intrusive update process can be frustrating when you're trying to join a meeting quickly. The user interface also feels a bit dated compared to its rivals, and it lacks some of the advanced integration and collaboration tools that power-users often need.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet allows for long, uninterrupted free meetings, solving the '40-minute anxiety'. It enables seamless device switching mid-call and works well on low-bandwidth connections. I use it for collaboration and testing with features like high-definition video, large group management, and screen sharing.

 ### 13. Reliable, Cost-Effective Video Conferencing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I mainly use JioMeet for team meetings, client calls, and quick internal discussions. I appreciate how it works well for day-to-day professional use like video conferencing, screen sharing, and scheduling meetings without much setup. The interface is clean and reliable, especially for small to medium teams. JioMeet solves the problem of reliable and secure communication for remote meetings. Everything from joining meetings to sharing screens is smooth and time-saving. What I like most about JioMeet is its simplicity and reliability. Meetings start quickly, the interface is easy to understand, and the call quality stays stable even on average internet. It feels practical and well suited for regular professional use. The initial setup was very easy. Signing up and starting my first meeting took just a few minutes, and the interface clearly guides you through each step. I didn't need any technical help to get started. JioMeet fits well into the existing workflow and supports smooth coordination without much extra effort. Our team switched to JioMeet from another video conferencing tool because we wanted something more straightforward and cost-effective. JioMeet offered the features we needed without unnecessary complexity, so the transition was smooth for everyone.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

A few things that could be improved in JioMeet are occasional lag on large group calls and limited advanced features compared to some competitors. Adding more customization options and better integration with calendars would make it even more useful.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves the problem of reliable, secure communication for remote meetings. It helps me connect without worries about drops, setup, or security. Joining meetings and sharing screens is smooth and time-saving. It's clean, reliable, and ideal for small to medium teams.

 ### 14. Perfect for Large-Scale Meetings, Needs Better Update Handling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarfaraj S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I appreciate JioMeet as a robust HD video conferencing tool that's perfect for everything from 1-on-1 check-ins to large-scale webinars. I love that it handles up to 1,000 participants and offers uninterrupted meetings for up to 24 hours, even on the free tier. It's impressive how JioMeet turns a simple video app into a full-scale digital auditorium, making it great for large organizations or community events. The ability to support up to 250 participants on its free tier is particularly enticing for small-scale webinars or community town halls without an upfront cost. Joining as a guest through a web browser without needing to download an app or create an account is a nice touch as well.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

A common frustration is how the app handles updates. Users often report that they’ll try to join a scheduled meeting only to be forced into a mandatory 5-minute update. Unlike some other apps that let you 'Update later,' JioMeet can sometimes be a bit stubborn about it, which isn't ideal when you have people waiting for you to start. Many users find it difficult to invite guests because it lacks deep integration with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Adding a 'Single Sign-On' (SSO) for Gmail or Microsoft would make it much easier to sync schedules and send invites without manually copying and pasting links.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet is a robust video conferencing tool for everything from 1-on-1 check-ins to large-scale webinars. It solves the need for cost-effective, high-capacity meetings without time limits. I like that it supports up to 1,000 participants, and meetings last up to 24 hours on the free tier.

 ### 15. Effortless Video Conferencing with JioMeet

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** naineni v.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet most for its simple and intuitive interface, which makes joining or hosting meetings quick and hassle-free. The stable audio and video performance, even on low bandwidth, is a big plus, and I also appreciate features like screen sharing and easy scheduling that make team meetings, interviews, and online classes much more efficient. I use JioMeet for team meetings, interviews, and online classes because it solves problems like high meeting costs, connectivity issues, and complicated setup. JioMeet provides a stable, easy-to-use platform even when the internet connection isn’t very strong. The initial setup was straightforward and quick, with no major challenges, and joining or hosting a meeting was easy right from the start.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

While JioMeet works well overall, it could be improved by adding more advanced features, smoother performance for large meetings, and better integrations with other productivity tools.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves high meeting costs, connectivity issues, and setup hassles, providing a stable, easy-to-use platform for meetings, interviews, and online classes, even on weak internet.

 ### 16. Long Meetings Made Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHAIKH R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I really appreciate that JioMeet allows meetings to last up to 24 hours for free, which removes the psychological barrier to deep collaboration and creates a continuous stream of data and conversation. It treats a digital meeting like a real room, as you can stay as long as you need. I also like how it eliminates the 'Technical Re-entry' problem by keeping the session alive across your ecosystem, valuing the user’s continuity. The app is lightweight and installs quickly on both mobile and desktop without requiring complex system permissions. It's exceptionally reliable for colleagues working in regions with inconsistent internet, as it prioritizes stability over flashy features, which is critical for real-world productivity. It’s an excellent choice for anyone needing long meeting durations and reliable performance on low bandwidth without the typical free-tier restrictions. Hosting 24-hour meetings for free is a massive value proposition that's hard to ignore.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Users often find that right when they are about to start a meeting, the app forces an update that can take several minutes. There isn't always a 'defer' or 'remind me later' option, which can lead to late starts and 'waiting room' frustration. While it covers all the basics (Whiteboard, Screen Sharing, Safe Driving Mode), it still lags behind competitors like Microsoft Teams or Zoom in terms of deep third-party app integrations (like Slack or Trello) and advanced breakout room customization.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet allows unlimited 24-hour meetings for free, solving the 'Timer Problem' faced with other platforms. It maintains session continuity across devices, eliminating 'Technical Re-entry' issues. It's reliable with low bandwidth and avoids the typical 'free-tier' restrictions, removing psychological barriers for collaboration.

 ### 17. Extended Meeting Limits, Great for Long Sessions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishant N. | Power BI developer , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet's ability to offer enterprise-grade features completely free of restrictions, specifically the 24-hour uninterrupted meeting limit and seamless device switching. These features are the core value drivers because they eliminate the biggest frustrations of virtual collaboration like time interruption and physical tethering. The setup of JioMeet is consistently described as fast and straightforward, taking minutes to go from download to the first meeting.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Several areas often lead to friction for professional and power users. Advanced collaboration tools like whiteboarding and breakout rooms are missing or clunky, which shifts a meeting from a dynamic workshop to a passive lecture. This lack of functionality impacts the day-to-day experience with reduced audience engagement and difficulty in large scale training. Also, there are limited native integrations compared to platforms like Zoom or Teams.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet eliminates time limit fatigue and physical tethering, offering 24-hour uninterrupted meetings and seamless device switching, which are critical for long business sessions.

 ### 18. Reliable, Secure, and User-Friendly for Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lakshya P. | Computer Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I like JioMeet mainly because of its simplicity and reliability. The clean and easy-to-navigate interface makes joining or hosting meetings quick and simple. Despite having an average internet connection, the video and audio quality remain stable, which is a huge benefit. The features like screen sharing, chat, meeting recording, and calendar integration are smooth and really helpful for presentations and discussions. I also value the strong focus on security and privacy, making it suitable for both professional and academic uses. Overall, JioMeet feels lightweight, efficient, and well-optimized for regular use. Setting it up was very easy, the installation was quick, and I appreciated how user-friendly the whole onboarding process was. Even users with limited technical experience can get started easily.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

While JioMeet works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced collaboration features available in other platforms are still limited, and adding more customization options for the interface would be helpful. Occasionally, minor lag can be noticed during large meetings, and better integrations with third-party tools could enhance productivity. That said, these are small issues and do not significantly affect the overall experience.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet solves reliable and secure online communication, allowing me to attend and host meetings without connection or setup issues. It integrates video calls, screen sharing, chat, and recording smoothly, making collaboration easier even with average internet connectivity.

 ### 19. Solid Free Tool for Seamless Remote Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James K. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about JioMeet?**

I love JioMeet for its simplicity and ease of use. The clean and intuitive interface makes it easy to schedule or join meetings with just a few clicks, no tutorials needed. It's great that I can host long meetings without worrying about free-tier time limits or hidden charges, as all essential tools like video, screen sharing, and scheduling are available for free. I appreciate the cross-device support, allowing JioMeet to work smoothly on my phone, tablet, or laptop. Its reliable performance ensures stable calls with clear audio and acceptable video, even on average internet connections. As a meeting organizer, I find the host controls effective for muting, managing participants, and ensuring meetings run securely. It's fantastic for team collaboration, bringing people together for work, study, or casual calls, and centralizing communication in one place.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

Things That Could Be Improved in JioMeet: 1. Limited Advanced Features: For power users, some features that are standard on competitors (like breakout rooms, advanced whiteboarding, or deeper integration with productivity apps) are either missing or not as robust. 2. Less Intuitive Collaboration Tools: While screen sharing works fine, real-time annotation, shared documents, and interactive tools could be more seamless and useful for teamwork. 3. Occasional Connectivity Glitches: Though performance is generally reliable, under poor network conditions audio or video quality can drop more noticeably than some other platforms. 4. Smaller Ecosystem: Compared with big players like Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet, third-party integrations (e.g., calendar plugins, bots, workflow automation) are more limited. 5. Branding/Recognition Outside Key Markets: In some regions or with external partners unfamiliar with JioMeet, there can be hesitation or confusion, leading to a preference for more widely known platforms. 6. Feature Discoverability: Some useful settings (like waiting room controls or specific screen share options) aren’t obvious or easy to find without exploring menus.

**What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JioMeet helps me communicate and collaborate remotely without complexity or cost barriers, eliminating the need for heavy software and time-limited free plans. It's great for users with different devices and tech comfort levels.

The initial setup was pretty easy, with downloading the app and signing in taking just a few minutes. I find that JioMeet meets basic meeting needs without too much complexity, which is great for a smooth transition from other tools.

**What do you dislike about JioMeet?**

One thing that could be improved with JioMeet is call quality consistency, especially when network strength fluctuates — sometimes video or audio gets a bit choppy. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aayush A.

I like JioMeet because it works across devices and has a clean, simple interface making it super easy to join or start a call. I enjoy the virtual backgrounds, scheduled meetings, and chat with reactions. The simple experience and cost savings were reasons to switch from Zoom. Getting started with the app was fast and required almost no learning, thanks to the familiar layout. Basic meetings are straightforward, and the setup process is easy.

I struggle with JioMeet's bandwidth sensitivity. Video and audio quality drops noticeably on slower or unstable connections, which is frustrating. I also think feature parity could be improved. Another issue is that host controls took a bit of adjustment, and integrations weren't automatic, which was annoying. Device differences also caused some challenges.
