TaskIt is a task management platform built for teams that need accountability baked into every handover, not just visibility into the backlog. Each task moves through a clear lifecycle -- Open, In Progress, Submitted, Completed -- with Overdue, Rejected, Reassigned, and Cancelled branches, and every reassignment is captured in an immutable audit trail so managers can see exactly who passed what to whom and why. Teams get recurring task scheduling for routine work, role- and department-based permissions, a built-in media library, and WhatsApp notifications that keep field staff and office teams in sync without a separate messaging layer. Dashboards surface read-only KPIs and reports derived directly from task data, giving owners a real-time view of team throughput and bottlenecks. TaskIt suits operations-heavy teams -- manufacturing, service businesses, agencies -- where tasks are constantly handed off and losing track of who dropped the ball costs real money.
